OMG! Treasure, the owner, and the lady that did my embroidery are SUPER kind, sweet, and caring. I had a bad experience with a previous embroidery store (they messed up my UAB jacket). I was scared to go into any other store because of the bad experience from the Galleria Hoover mall location but Treasure took care of me VERY WELL. OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE! They took care of me like family and their prices are reasonable. They are the best Birmingham local business that you would want to support during the COVID-19 crisis. I haven't witnessed such an incredible level of customer service from a local business in a very long time. My clothes were delicate and they treated it as such. They used specific thread and cloth so that my fabric doesn't get damaged. The owner is incredibly kind and maternal- love her!!! Treasure, I will definitely be bringing more clothes & scrubs for you to monogram for me!! Thank ya'll so much!!!!!!!

Super cute items but very over priced. Sales people NOT friendly and their return/exchange policy sucks!!! This was my first and last visit. Not what I expected from a "boutique" environment.

We are sooo lucky to have this little gem in Vestavia!! Always feel so welcomed whenever I shop there. They made my Christmas shopping such a pleasure and I probably bought 90% of my presents from them

Great place to pick up a gift or two. The only problem is it is a little crowded with all the items they have to display. They really could use a little more room. I am sure there are many more items they would offer if they just had a little more room. We found a few things for Mothers day here today. The people who work here are very nice. The clerk offered to wrap up our gifts for free.

They have the cutest gifts, clothes and jewelry!! I can always find something in there, and the staff is super helpful when it comes to picking out personalization! Over 25 years in business I've learned to trust their judgement on matching colors and fonts and it's always PERFECT!

Owner doesn't care if customers wear face mask during the corona epidemic. have u lost ur mind? It doesn't matter how clean ur store is when it's in the air coming out of ur mouth or nose!!! wake up!!!
