The room was fantastic, comfy beds and pillows, nice features and lighting, plenty of room, great bathroom. The WiFi was terrible, difficult to get any internet reception. Tom at reception was extremely helpful at check in , gave us plenty of good tips on places to go and things to do in Brussels.

This is a really nice hotel and although it's just the basics, they do these basics in a high end fashion.
It's geared towards the professional business crowd. And crowded it is, especially in the morning between 7 and 9.
You have to queue for an elevator. You will have to spot a free table for breakfast like if you are on a game safari in Africa. And if you can signal for coffee or tea you are the winner of the day. Congratulations!
I have also had the pleasure of working in a conference room. This was a very lovely experience and the lunch served was delicious.
Would visit again, and get out of bed early enough for coffee.
For regulars of Pullman hotels outside Europe it will change your rooms are too small
The hotel is conveniently located at the central station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at the restaurant . The hotel was absolutely clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a wide variety of choices. The room was quite despite being just next to the station.

My girlfriend and I stayed over the weekend in the Pullmann. It was just excellent. Bed was very comfortable, the service was great and it was very clean and tidy. The value for money was good as well.
I have to add: Just the breakfast was too expensive. You can eat in the city for the 1/3 of the price.

The traffic location is very good, the space is well designed, the room is comfortable, although the room is not big but there is enough storage space, the gym is good, the hall is bright and the design is very good. The hotel counter staff (Ms.) is not very kind, the speech is very whispered, and the speed is very fast, and it is impossible to clearly convey the message.
Fast check-in with a polite desk attendant. Room was clean, modern, and spacious.
Decent stay. Rooms clean, and enough space for bedroom and bath. Some minor damages but nothing mentionable. Staff was very polite and breakfast was good. Usually dont like hotels close to train stations, but this one is recommended.

The reception is not welcoming. No assistance on luggage and no one even noticed our arrival. There is no information desk and the language barrier is big for guests not speaking the local french or Dutch languages. The access to the wifi is unreliable.The rooms are fine and so is breakfast.proximity to the train station is a plus but the general neighborhood is not apealing.

We have been many times to the Pullman City Center in Rosario, Argentina, but this one in Brussels is far superior.
I especially highlight the cordiality of all the staff and the excellent breakfast.
The room was of a particularly good size and amenities.
The hotel is near the Midi station. It is a very nice and functional four-star hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the services are excellent. Prices are small but in line with those in the city. A tip: the gym could be a little bigger and better equipped.

The hotel was very difficult to find from Midi Station, as we saw NO signs at all from any of the main station areas, nor on the station maps designed to help locate areas. The check-in was excellent and the room nice, and contemporary, so well looked after in that regard. The clock system associated with auto wake-up needs checking and adjusting as it is 7 mins slow - crucial when trying to depart early in the morning. Probably expected a higher level of pro-activity in terms of service however when staying at a Pullman.
I like this hotel located in the very center of Brussels. Going to Belgium without getting there would be as if we were not in Belgium.

Excellent hotel, quite expensive rooms but of great quality (well-kept furnishings, clean, excellent room service, many free programs on TV, possibility to consult the bill on TV). Sin the view from the window ... Nice staff. Excellent location: the tree can be reached from inside the station. It is located in a more or less central position but can be reached on foot in a short time. The zone (at night) is not recommended for women traveling alone.
Hotel's facilities are new, and the location is right next to Brussels Midi Station, which is very good for us to commute.
A wonderful reception, a gentleman named Tom was more than helpful and friendly, he even went out of his way to tell us about some places we should check out, and wrote the names down on some paper, the room was clean and the shampoo and shower gel was replenished every single day, a nice touch.
Amazing hotel, amazing staff, I cannot find a fault.
The stay started off horrible because there was this rude receptionist at the welcome desk. We arrived around 10am and she insisted we could not check in any earlier than 2pm unless we paid an extra amount of 49 euros. We obviously refused but she was so unhelpful. She offered no other options but was instead forcing us to leave our bags with her.
After she left we decided to try another receptionist. This one was absolutely fantastic!! Her name is ALFANI. She was such a delight, and so helpful. She told us there was a room ready but it was a bigger suite and charged us the upgrade fee which was less than the 49Euros the other lady was offering. And when we told her it was my sister's birthday she offered us the upgrade for free. She even sent up some biscuits and a birthday card signed by the security team as well. She is such a lovely woman and you are very lucky to have her on your team, she made our stay so much better, and please tell her we said thank you.

I can't say too much about the location because it wasn't so great, but the hotel itself was outstanding. The only positive thing about the location was the convenience to the train station. The hotel and the staff were above average. The sauna was my favorite part of the hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast, the dining was spectacular and we had an outstanding breakfast. The other thing that I was disappointed with was the parking; the were none, or none that were free. Despite the parking situation, I really liked this hotel and may return.

Very friendly staff, just a pity that they spoke French and English. Belgium is nevertheless a country where three languages are spoken. Furthermore, next to Brussels South station and you do not hear a train or other noises.

A lovely friend booked a stay for my partner and I, for two nights at the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi. The location was perfect for train travelers - we didn't even have to leave the station! The rooms were beautiful and well-appointed. The bathroom was modern and large. Breakfast was included and was absolutely lovely! We had zero concerns and had a fabulous stay! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, both business and holiday travelers would enjoy this modern hotel!

The hotel is perfectly located if you have to take an early train - you can directly enter the trainstation adjacent to the hotel. However, I was not impressed by the amenities - everything is quite run-down and shows substantial wear and tear. For me the most annoying: slow internet - even at the free rate, I can cite numerous hotels in BRU that offer better connection speed. I give 3 stars as the hotel was quite well priced at the time....
Not a bad spot. Beds aren't all that comfortable, but they really have attention to detail and are very professional. I like the way you check-in (a little more personable than most places) and the building is well decorated. As someone from out of country, I did not feel safe outside of the hotel about 2 blocks away (once you leave the area with large buildings) after dark. I've been to some rough areas, but this area is very strange after dark. Absolutely no worries during the day.

Excellent room. Reception staff spoke very good English gave us great suggestions where to visit. This trip was our anniversary trip and one of best. Brussels itself is brilliant as well with romantic cobble streets and loads to see. Hopefully come back here at some point. Thank you Pullman staff.
