Keller Williams Realty, New Bern NC Review

Excellent company great service could not be happier.

Multiple attempts to get us to hire the agent as a buyer's agent despite numerous refusals. Never got to see any property with this company because the agent was relentless and deceptive. Ended up walking away.

The realtor asked us to place the lockbox on our porch so she could come in to get pictures done while my fiance and I were at work. We were okay with this because we trusted her. She waited until 10pm on a Monday night to give us the info for the lockbox to place the key in so her and the photographer could come in to take pictures the following day. Never unprofessional and very inconvenient.

I was a first time home buyer when I worked with Kayla at Keller Williams out of New Bern. This was in 2016. I didn t realize just how bad that experience was until I started with a good realtor to sell my home now in 2020. The buying agent (Kayla with Keller Williams) did not listen to my wants in my home. I specifically said I wanted MHC but she kept sending me HER listings in New Bern. This would ve forced me into a dual-agent situation and not been beneficial to my bottom-dollar but would ve gotten HER (the agent) double commission. That was the first red flag. The other red flags included me having to look up my own homes on Zillow and Realtor.com and coordinate with the selling agent directly (literally what the agent is paid to do). When I asked Kayla, the agent, about it she claimed she called and left messages with the selling agents. When i talked to the selling agents they said they hadn t received any calls for the properties. Also, she pressured me into making an offer on a home I did not like. Thankfully, that deal didn t work out. Another thing she did was make fun of the home I actually put an offer in on (and eventually bought) saying it was near a crack house. I can literally continue with the bad experience. She also referred me to a GARBAGE home inspector who missed KEY issues with the home. Things I later paid $50,000 to fix. The three things I asked her to do for closing was make sure the sellers cleaned out the crawl space, left the blinds (both stipulated in our contract), and left the water on for the weekend (we closed on a Friday and I didn t have time to start service with the city). NONE of these things were done and I had to get a vote for the weekend at $150 a night before I could eventually start water service on the following Monday. Finally, she overall did a poor job of explaining the home buying process for me and left me high and dry when I had any questions post-close. I do not recommend this real estate company. They cost me money, time, and heart ache.

Best realtor in town! Athena was Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely thorough. Looked for problems with a home that we might not think to look for. Helped us find our perfect place in the neighborhood suited for our families needs.

My husband and I were looking to find our retirement home in Washington NC as we currently reside in RI. We were referred to Natasha Jones at Keller Williams New Bern NC. She was phenomenal! My husband flew down there to meet her, they saw 4 homes in one day and all questions on each home were answered professionally. She was there when the home inspector came and texted us throughout the entire 6 hour inspection. She was present for the other inspectors and the surveyor we hired and handled it professional followed up each time with a phone call or text. she was even there for us after the sell of the home with odds and ends that needed to be done with the home. She handled all the paperwork and explained everything to us page by page. I would highly recommend her to either help purchase or sell your home. She really enjoys what she does and it shows. I felt we were in great hands and made the whole experience easy and stress free. Thank you Natasha for all you have done!!

My experience with Keller William's was terrific! I worked with Doug Reinhardt through the entirety. Living out of State and closing was easy. Doug went the extra mile on everything. Couldn't be happier!!
