Guardian Fire technician Thanh Nguyen and another tech provided excellent analysis, trouble shooting, product knowledge / and utilized his previous experiences of similar problems to the malfunction situation that was occurring with the fire alarm system randomly reporting a trouble signal in one of our building zones which was resulting in the monitoring service calling the authorized individuals up to several times every day & night.

We have had other Guardian techs out here at the building and they could not solve the problem...usually left after looking at the panel and said it was a "outside line problem - comcasts fault". Thanh Nguyen nailed the cause of the annoying system trouble alerts / calls and tightened up a connection with an end of line NAC that had a loose resistor under a wire cap. Problem solved! Guardian needs to have Thanh Nguyen train the other technicians!
note: the two techs arrived 50 minutes ahead of schedule so great job by Guardian Fire dispatch personnel in being highly efficient!

Dan Lawrence came to our business to determine an issue with one of our systems. He introduced himself, was open, friendly, and certainly professional. Asked the right questions, shared information and contacted the necessary staff to accomplish the service and repair. Kiddos Dan and thank you

Dave was really good and explained everything in detail. He showed me where the problems were and what he did to fix it or what needs to be schedule to fix it.

I love it when I don't have to do anything special. Luis came in, took care of the inspection without sounding the audible alarm, wrapped up and left, all within 30 minutes. Best kind of inspection!

How is it that the same company every six months seems to find new things to fix that they apparently did not see the last time them came to inspect? We rarely use the kitchen and somehow there is always a new reason to send out their repair crew.

The crew is polite and professional. They show up when promised and are attentive.

Though the job did not get completed on the day it was supposed to, the communication and professionalism was excellent. Prior to my selecting Guardian, I looked at several other companies. It was because of the items listed above, I selected Guardian.

Job was to be done for disconnecting red wire and move the hood two feet away then connecting back together. First Technician disconnected wire taking 10 minutes and left , charging $140, even though I wanted him to be there to reconnect the wire, after move the hood (take less than 5 minutes). This all could be done within one hours in same day. The second tech who came to reconnect the wire and performed the work on different day was too slow by taking 3.5 hours on the job that I could have done in ten minutes, costing me $520.
All this job could have done in same day, same time saving their time and my money.

Dan was very courteous and professional, and he was also able to solve a very complicated issue with an antiquated system. We are so grateful for his hard work to solve the problem we were having with our fire alarm system. Thanks Dan!

Based on google reviews, I hired Guardian Fire Protection back in JUNE 2019. Only thing I can say is it s been over 9 months of going back and forth with different departments and work still has not been completed. No longer receiving emails or phone calls back. Will be hiring a different company.

overall i believe our recent service calls have been completed satisfactory. If I had a complaint it would be to analyze the entire system to check for any potential future issue that may occur within the system. I say this because we called on three different occasions, only to find that there was a differnt issue each time. once there was a battery that needed to be replaced after a call was made concerning an alarm going off constantly. I'm not sure if any of the items that were looked at during those visits are related, so the concern is mostly with having to pay for three service calls in a relativly short period of time.

Jason was very professional when he came out for the Kitchen Fire Suppressant inspection. He performed his duties and cleaned up and closed up everything as it was before he came. He was very polite. I highly recommend Guardian!!

Since our organization owns 30 McDonald's stores, it is hard to keep up with the dates of when the alarm, kitchen, sprinklers, valves need to be inspected. Guardian has a system that keeps track all these for me so I don't miss any inspection or maintenance. They make my life easier! Job is superb too! Scheduling is a breeze. They have enough manpower to handle an organization as big as ours! Five stars, they are-- for me!

Contractor showed on time as usual, did there job, cleaned up and made sure everything was restored before heading out. This guys always do an amazing job. Been working with them for years.

Guardian isn't the finest place to have your facility taken care of or work at. Both customers get nickeled and dimed as well as employees. All the owner cares about is his money not the quality of his customers or how his employees are taken care of. That saying "you get what you pay for" is exactly true here, you may get cheap inspection rates but you will be nickeled and dimed to no end and get rude service when you call in, fast talking management to cut you down to the lowest level, refusal to comply with proper testing codes, low ball pay for any employee. The company spends countless amounts of money to fabricate their look and disregards its customers and employees to a highly disrespectful level.
