Me and my husband have been celebrating our honeymoon and his 30th birthday Over the last few weeks and our final stop was Barcelona.
I have been a platinum member of Accor for three years and stayed in number of different hotels across the world. I must say that Barcelona Pullman Skipper Hotel is exceptional. YOU LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND EVERYONE SHOULD LEARN FROM YOU.
The rooms are modern and clean, the corridors smell of lovely fragrances, the food is really good but what makes this hotel the best is THE STAFF!
Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, the staff went above and beyond our expectations and they couldn t be more friendly.
The customer service that we experienced was just excellent - special mention should go to Tiago - who looked after us from day one.
Tiago is such a great asset to your hotel and the whole experience wouldn t have been the same without him.
Really looking forward to be back soon
