Certainly not 5*. Very, very noisy at night.

No quality shade, or umbrellas on rooftop pool (and it gets hot up there!)

Currently under a VERY noisy renovation. For such a small hotel, it should have been closed for renovation. The only people suffering during this time are the guests.

Staff are sympathetic to complaints, however, do absolutely nothing to resolve them. TripAdvisor will show this hotels inability to listen to its customers.

Well over priced for a 3* hotel. Choose somewhere else, because this hotel isn't the 'glitz' it is advertised as.
