The food and service here are always good. Parking can be a bit confusing.

Wonderful place! So happy to find this little treasure. The location is unique the service is awesome and the food was KILLER! By far the best fish & chips I have EVER had. The drink menu was fun and vast including many local brews and wines. The drink my friend wanted was not on the menu however the ingredients where available and they promptly without hesitation made her an Irish coffee. If you make it their way be sure an read the back story and don t get the fish & chips to go as we did (warmed later in a pan, still delish) eat them hot. Coconut shrimps and calamari was what we got filled up on, yum. I wish this place many years of happiness well done!

Been to the cafe twice now. Both times food and service were great. One time it was very crowded, one time very calm for a late lunch. Nice spot by the boat ramp so entertaining watching people and boats.

On Dec 1 2018 We visited this cafe and the HOSTESS was the worst I have ever encountered she wouldn t seat us together she told me we could sit in another room or in the park 5 tables were empty the entire time we were there we would have left but we were waiting for more members of our group to arrive over all the worst restaurant experience ever !!! They were rude to the other people in our group as well it could have been a full night of fun and drinks with a large bill instead we went to big foot and gave them our money !!

The waiter was very polite and constantly check to see if we needed anything. The setting was also very layback. Parking can be a bit hectic at times.

You got a 50/50 chance of amazing experience or horrible experience. I hope you get the good server

Love the place love the atmosphere but no love for the food . I can never find anything to eat on the menu and most of the people I know have the same opinion. I always end up ordering fries and a beer because I cant settle for anything else . I think the place needs a serious menu overhaul and it will be busy year round besides at peak nice weather which is when I go and thats to enjoy the location because its unique. By the way would not recommend the key lime pie. It's an extremely overpowering flavor..

Neat place. Kind of cool right on the water. Food is straight from Costco/Kirkland. Food is 1 star. Way too expensive for what it is. Would probably be fantastic if you came off the water from a tough day of fishing. Probably a great place to drink it up on the dock.

We love this place! Great views for both people watching & wildlife with an osprey nest overhead. The halibut tacos were worth the extra $$$.

We have gone here for years. The ambiance is chill. The prices have gotten very steap while the food have gone the other direction. I used to give this place a 4.5 stars unfortunately the last experience has dropped it to a 3.

On the columbia river floating restaurant enjoy! Everything was great..

Terrible - Arrived at 12:45 and didn't get our first drink until 15 min in. Food took 45 min and when it came it was beyond hot. The waitress was out of this world slow. When I asked what IPAs they had, she had no clue. Too many other river front restaurants to come back.

Nice little hole in the wall dinner with some fire Jamaican food!. To be completely honest I'm about the farthest you can get from knowing anything about Jamaican food. Either way the jerk chicken was great, right on the water with plenty of boats in sight. The servers were wonderful, very relaxed which help create the overall atmosphere of something I can only describe as Hawaii time. Wonderful experience. Worth the adventure

Went there on Friday evening and tried to place two orders to-go. They refused the orders as they said they were too busy to do to-go orders. Difficult to understand how taking a to-go order takes away from serving tables? When you serve a table it requires taking the order, serving the order, filling water and drink glasses, making sure you meet the needs of the customer, delivering the tab and collecting the payment. Oh don't forget you need to clean the table and wash the dishes. On top of it drove 10 miles passing well over 25 other food establishments that would have been happy to have me as a to-go customer. Guess I did not miss anything after reading the other reviews. Poor service, substandard food and pricey.

Great burger and plenty of waffle fries with my meal. The vegitables were great with thick slices of tomatoes. Great for a good filling meal.

I used to go there several times each summer and had great service and friendly staff. Never one complaint.

I went there 2 weeks ago and both were terrible.
I thought that maybe it was just a bad night so I went again tonight and took friends with me. It was WORSE!!! The staff is young and doesn't seem equipped to handle crowds very well, they didn't set very good expectations for the duration of wait time, the service was terrible and the food was either under-cooked or over-cooked. We never got our water that we asked for, had to ask for our check, etc. Everything was terrible and I was embarrassed to waste my friend's time so I will never go back.
The bathrooms were disgusting too!!

Some of the worst service and strange food at higher prices than I have had in a long time. It wasn't bad or really good enough to make me want to visit again.

2 stars for the view. 0 stars for everything else. Small plastic glass of iced tea for $2.75. Sticky nasty floor. Ridiculously overpriced cocktails with no upscale brands. Better napkins at Starbucks, and cheap silverware. And food was uninspired for what it costs. Once and done.

Fun restaurant on the river, right next to a boat ramp. Never a dull moment! Luv their Executioner drink, deep fried lobster ravioli and their fish sandwich!

Had a great lunch with excellent recommendations and service from Dobilas. He was very personable and was knowledgeable about the area. The fish tacos were outstanding and the tropical shrimp tacos were equally as great!

You better enjoy the location, view and "atmosphere" because everything else is going to disappoint. It's a shame really. Hang out at the dock instead. At least you won't get billed for food you won't want to eat.

Cute place and food looked good but server seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of there and we both are having major stomach issues today.

First time visit. Atmosphere was okay. First drink watered down. Had to wait a while to get it replaced. Waitress said since it was blended, it made it weak? Not when I was tending bar. Attitude was not good. Should have replaced it immediately and apologized and made sure it was removed from the bill. Gave the drink back and ordered something else which was better. Still charged for the bad drink (not very good customer service). Service in general was okay. Coconut shrimp and the chicken over rice was good. Expected more than what was received. Chocolate cake was good. Will probably come back but just not as often as we had originally thought.

Way over priced for what you get. 10$ for a margarita in a small short glass? And 14.00 for a basic cheeseburger? Granted its on the river but for that price i expect more than boat gas fumes and people on the dock standing over me for the view and ambiance.

Friendly staff and great location! Not to mention the AMAZING fish tacos. The only thing I've noticed is that the food does take a while to make. Besides that, I have no other complaints. Would definitely recommend.

This is a unique, fun spot that brings a taste of the tropics to the shores of the Columbia River. It's a little Caribbean restaurant and bar that floats on the docks. You can walk on or arrive by watercraft.

The menu is good and the drinks are fruity. The fish and shrimp tacos are a must. But you mostly come to enjoy the awesome setting on a hot summer day.

Average price is about 14 dollars. The menu online is not the same one in person. The atmosphere is unique and fun. Being right on the water with eclectic decorations made for comfortable ambiance. I ordered the shrimp wrap and it was above average taste, but for 14 I expected better quality. The price must go toward the tropical experience. It seemed that a lot of others were getting the Jerk Chicken sandwich. That may be the better option.

Great location for drinks and snacks in Camas/Washougal. Right on the river so warm evenings it is a great stopping place.

Such a great place for some amazing burgers and fries! BEST FRIES I have ever tried! I have been going here for 2 years now and have NEVER been disappointed.

Best view ever. Right on the water. Last time we were there, i dont recall that the food was anything to write home about. But this time, the food exceeded my expectations! Amazing!

Great portion sizes and drinks. My daughter didn't want to eat her octopus hotdog because it was so cute! The service was good, but we had to remind the waitress that the kids meal came with a snow cone and a prize.

We did a take-out for our afternoon picnic at Washougal Waterfront. No need to drive. Convenient and fast service. Great salad and sandwich!

We love Puffin. It s a fun local place with spicy, interesting dishes. It s easy to find something healthy on the menu. My favorites are the fish tacos, spicy Mac and cheese and the jerk chicken tacos.

Moved here 1 year ago and visited because it was sort of dog friendly. You can sit inside and have the dog on a bench on the other side of a window. Turned out they have great dockside food like coconut shrimp and fish tacos. Service has always been welcoming and friendly. Very chill place at the end of a day.

Grease bomb food. Spent over $50 as a family of four to get reheated frozen food. You can totally tell it's frozen, heated up food. Kids "Mac and cheese" was noodles with canned liquid cheese poured over it. Never going again. Burger King is more preferable and 2 minutes away.

We have been there several times and enjoy going. It is a popular place when the weather is good so expect to wait. The food is good and moderately priced. It is a small place on a floating dock which is part of the atmosphere. It is a bit of the carribean in Camas.

Awesome place during the summer and warm days for drinks and dinning.
