It's their slogan but it happens to be true.

Publix and its psrtner baycare anywhere is not quick or easy, in fact i sat here for an hour to an hour and a half waiting on a doctor and being transferred between multiple before one even got connected with me. The interaction screen they give is deafening loud and there is no way to turn it down other then taking the phone off the hook only to hear all the loud sounds you once heard with 3 speakers move to the phone. Keep in mind the pharmacy had no clue how to even operate it and wasnt sure how the equipment worked, how to maintain it, and one wasnt even sure if the device needed new batteries yet still didnt check. Not that it wouldve helped considering no one would bother to answer us anyway. So here i am trying literally any other place that might take me while i deal with spitting and vomiting up blood, excruciating pain, and absolutely no one that cares. I guess this is how life is noe though huh? Anyone in pain or even slightly sick i do not reccomend this place as im not even done yet. Their lobby was infested with bugs and all the people did that saw just looked the other way and pretended not to notice, when asked for a refund (because you have to pay up front for this absolutely wonderful service, sarcasm if you couldnt tell) they told us they werent able to and now we are out 60 bucks because of absolutely horrible people, a worse system, and no one that cares.

Publix is a fantastic place to shop. The place is clean and all items are the freshest you can buy. Very friendly people and they will help you at anytime you need help. Can't choose a better place.

This is the best Publix in the area. Amazingly courteous staff, fantastic deli, and the bakery is phenomenal.

I love Publix. They are always clean and the staff is super helpful. They ALWAYS offer to take my groceries out. They have weekly adds that have buy one get one and today my savings was $63.21. I highly recommend them.

The ladies in the hot foods department are the best, I came in to get some chicken wings when I asked if they had more they were all out and intead of apologizing they made some fresh! The cashier however was busy talking with a coworker and she didn't even say hello or bye

Publix is an employee-owned, American supermarket chain. There are very few companies who can match the level of customer service that every Publix location and its employees provide.

Literally just waited 35 minutes for 3 subs to find out that they've been made...just sitting on the counter in the back of the deli.
I ordered online so I could walk in and pick it up. It was supposed to have been ready when I walked in the door, and I got to wait another 35 minutes.
Next time, I'll just go to subway.

It was great, I stop on my from and a young lady walked up to me and ask if I'm finding everything ok. I told her what I need and she went and got it for me I really appreciate it. I told her thanks and we chat a little I cashed my stuff and left then I saw her outside getting the carts together.

Ok so I have been to this location quite a few times and today they had all sub sandwiches for $5.99. I had to come home and write a review because I appreciated the customer service and anaconda experience. I have had so many experiences getting a sub made in other locations and it has always been hit or miss, for some reason usually the person making the sandwich isn't in the best "spirit"... Not the case today. The person that made my sub along with my girlfriend's was "sue" she went above and beyond to give me one of the best subs I have ever had and her cow workers Angela and Amber were very nice as well! I ordered a chicken tender sub with buffalo/ranch on the tenders it was absolutely delicious! I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed my experience and this will be my new location from here on out! Please don't hesitate to shop here they really are amazing.

Oh my! Now this is a cake. Buttercream, vanilla cake, vanilla custard and strawberry filling. Might be the best cake I ve ever had. It was fabulous. Publix does a great job on everything they create and bake. Truly a fan of the presentation, flavor, and price!

I'M from Pennsylvania just move down to Florida Two week's ago and I like the aisle rules only one way. Plus the organization. Super nice.a lot of products variety.

Always an pleasure shopping at Publix. Always clean and well stocked, employees are helpful and courteous on every visit. I've heard friends say that it's more expensive. Personally, I feel some items are and others aren't, yet I don't mind paying a little extra to know what I'm getting is fresh, and in stock and that money goes back into my local economy.

The selection at the west side Publix on CGB is better.

The last 2 times we went there for fried chicken and they were out and said it will be 45 minutes this time same thing so we bought the chicken tenders for 6.99 a lb and they are terrible.will not go back for a fourth time.

I've enjoyed shopping at Publix since I moved to Florida 20 years ago. I have been shopping at this Publix for 2 years since moving to Winter Haven. I am a 58 year old woman.
All of the employees are usually very helpful and friendly but as of late I don't see that with the Meat department. Very often they don't have items that are in the sales ad. You then have to go to the window and ask for particular items. Each time I do this they seem as though you're bothering them.
Also, on 3 different occasions I've had to return meat days before the expiration date because it was already spoiled.
Maybe there's a new manager in place?
It's very disappointing that I will probably start going to the Publix in Lake Wales since it's about the same distance from my house near rt 27.

I love my Publix! Everyone that I have dealt with has been helpful and some have a great sense of humor. I've never had any issues finding a motorized shopping cart & that's 5 stars in my book. .

We were in there for over an hour just to get 3 subs and theu ran out of bread. I felt bad for the nice people working the sub station, they looked exhausted. Definitely should have been handled better by management, especially when they had a deal going on for subs.

I'm a publix cookie freak, and I have been here multiple times and ALL of the cookies be over cooked. I go there for the singular purpose of buying publix cookies and end up with oreos. I have thrown whole containers of cookies away, I have gone to the counter and asked if they have any cookies not over cooked. Their cookies are not soft, they are not tender, the skin is hard and center is tough.. Im 100% completely done with your cookies, i just bought a package tonight and all are hard and tough.. its b.s. learn to bake then sell cookies.

This publix is the best, they all treat me like a family over there, always with friendliness and respect, I get the best customer service I every department here, from the meat, produce, bakery, cashiers, I travel all the way from poinciana just to come to this publix!! LOVE IT!! Oh I love Isaac at the produce dept such an amazing helpful guy!!
