Publix Review

This grocery store has the most amazingly friendly staff they really do make shopping here a pleasure best publix I've ever shopped

It's okay for some things. There's always something out of stock. One time I wanted to purchase some chips that were marked on sale, it didn't show up on receipt, went to customer service and was told they were not on sale. I showed proof to the employee but he insisted they were not, so I returned them. The deli chicken is awfully salty.
But at other times they have corrected errors in pricing and most employees are helpful so that gets them some stars.

Very disappointed. Placed an order for subs. And received a call from the store saying they didn t have enough bread to make our sandwiches.

I'm always pleased when shopping at publix, great customer service and fresh food.

Absolutely the best grocery store chain on the planet. I wish all businesses would model themselves to the high standards that Publix maintains. I have been shopping at Publix for over 30 years and there is a reason I keep going back. Top notch customer service, the cleanest stores, top quality products, speedy service, awesome deli, friendly staff, great deals, and God bless them for hiring amazing physically and mentally challenged personell to handle your needs. It truly is a pleasure to shop here. Have had only one incident occur and the staff corrected the problem without any hesitation. Kudos for all that Publix does to support the needy by donating tons of food every day, as well as financially supporting many other charities. I must say that no business comes close to the quality of service, value, and community service that Publix offers. Except maybe Chic fil A.
