I've enjoyed shopping at Publix since I moved to F...

I've enjoyed shopping at Publix since I moved to Florida 20 years ago. I have been shopping at this Publix for 2 years since moving to Winter Haven. I am a 58 year old woman.
All of the employees are usually very helpful and friendly but as of late I don't see that with the Meat department. Very often they don't have items that are in the sales ad. You then have to go to the window and ask for particular items. Each time I do this they seem as though you're bothering them.
Also, on 3 different occasions I've had to return meat days before the expiration date because it was already spoiled.
Maybe there's a new manager in place?
It's very disappointing that I will probably start going to the Publix in Lake Wales since it's about the same distance from my house near rt 27.
