I came to consult face to face with cs ask for refund, but this CS is far from standard quality. I made wrong booking though traveloka, I try to call lion air call center but I didn't get any responses unless "our cs is busy or pls wait again".
when I came, mostly no queues or customer at all. I take my number for queue however the professionalism is starting now. I wait for almost 30 minute waiting for my number to be called and yet, no call at all. I came to ask CS directly and he ask me to wait on other side and again waiting for almost 30 minute. so I came again ask them and after almost an hour one of CS serve my inquiry.

The place is open 24 hours/day. I went there around 9PM. The officer was very friendly. I could exchange my flight schedule easily.
The cartons are clean, neat and organized, I say that the parts are just right, when the upper part of the management is dark, my stomach is low, and the rada is less organized, but the management work is good.
They are stupid and slow and damn not professional I advise u to stay away from there 5 hours only to process very damn bad place I advise all the people there to stay away
Easy to reach by public transportation, but the interior is a bit messy.

Bad is not enough to define this "custumer care" airlines.
I came to ask for my ticket from last flight wich im only have the boarding pass because im not the one who buy the ticket.
First, i call the costumersevice who explain the only solution to me get my ticket are to came and ask it to the office. So i came to this building.
When i get in, the officer directed me to the customer care (wich at the and of the room).
The customer care officer then only gave me a piece of paper wich contain directory on how to made claim application paper. They, the customer care, ask me, the costumer, to go back to my office (a.k.a to get out) and write my own claim application paper for my own ticket wich i already have the boarding pass.
Not so care "customer care" huh?!
The counters are many, the service is fast, the customer service is very good and friendly, patient, and very informative to customer needs. Great.
Please stop selling pop mie and something like that during the flight. The smell is too strong in the nose and last for a long time.
