Bad is not enough to define this "custumer care" airlines.
I came to ask for my ticket from last flight wich im only have the boarding pass because im not the one who buy the ticket.
First, i call the costumersevice who explain the only solution to me get my ticket are to came and ask it to the office. So i came to this building.
When i get in, the officer directed me to the customer care (wich at the and of the room).
The customer care officer then only gave me a piece of paper wich contain directory on how to made claim application paper. They, the customer care, ask me, the costumer, to go back to my office (a.k.a to get out) and write my own claim application paper for my own ticket wich i already have the boarding pass.
Not so care "customer care" huh?!
