Good Service, Extensive Office & Orderly when Waiting, Unfortunately Lion Air's policy especially for Rescheduling is very detrimental to the Customer

Great service! Staff are friendly. Previous months I was here because I had to pay a fee to re-schedule flight tickets. The queues are organized and the atmosphere inside the building is cool too.

The building is at strategic location and easy to find. Services are including sales ticketing, refund and check in. The services need to be improved.

Flow of Rapid Test (for those who buy tickets online)
1. To the main lobby, bring proof of purchase ticket and prepare your KTP, go to CS, just say "want rapid", later given like a receipt

The customer service was very slow in respond any issue of ticket. And take long time to solved it out the problem even the supervisor there are hopeless. Never again to fly with lions....

The place is classic from the design of the upstairs office, but unfortunately the musholla section where the prayer smells, is not maintained, dirty is moist, too, and it gets dirty.

Convention hall in 12th floor is big enough for event wedding beside that we can refund our air plane tickets here.
