The service is severe and customers are made to wait 1 hour more because of their own system errors without giving information to the customer. Time is wasted - it's just because the clerk doesn't want to ask at all !!

The building is big, but the plant in front makes it not noticeable from the roadside, so you can guess how the scenario is if you want to come here late and don't memorize the road ...

The building is tall and big. Above the building is written Lion Air. It's on a big side street. At the main entrance we will see a miniature hanging Lion Air plane is cool if it is captured in the photo. When entering this building we are greeted by the security guard, then asked what purpose. In here there is also a central ATM area. Here many counters are available to help us both for flight reschedule, refund, and complaints and other obstacles. The building looks quite old and not as grand as in front of him.

Held my wedding party there on level 12, it ended up a mess.. the lift stopped working, some people waited for one hour to get the access, some were stuck for 15 mins in the lift, some had to walk up by stairs, lot of people were angry.. and, the worst is they dont take any responsibilities... i think its no big deal for them, they even killed people by flying unready plane without thinking other people safety..

Because Covid 19 is a lot of queues, counters that handle all of them are open, even though there are a lot of queues. For the use of vouchers that used to fail, they are so complicated ... You have to use a power of attorney for everything ...

I have lost count on how many times I got delayed by Lion Air. If you value time, never use this airline.
