Setup an account on there website......a buttons push away from locking in an order.....Glad i hesitated.....as service is non existent......so i got in touch with a Sydney distributor for xyz and was told the service is non existent so he no longer deals with them , was told, they make you wait 30 days for a part you have promised to someone in 5 days, he didn't knock the products, service only....anyway ended up going with bcracing in kirawee and they answered the phone and helped with spring rate advice....i did send performance suspension message via there website and ebay store...with no reply....just a link pointing to the wrong set of coil overs was emailed to me....They couldn't even get that right

Takes money from customers without having the stock on hand, partner has waited 6 months for his order only to be told each time I called that it would be in early to mid the following month... you d think after spending 4K with them that they would have a better up keep on updates to customers on the whereabouts of the products.... constantly having to chase them for the products ordered and constantly being told different time lines of when things will arrive... wouldn t buy from them again and wouldn t waste my time with them again as I waited on hold for 30 minutes nearly every time.

Have been waiting about a week since I emailed to confirm some missing details on a product I was interested in. I ended up calling up to clarify and instead spent 20 mins on hold before the automated message said they can't take my call and hung up.

This review is not related to product quality but does reflect on their customer service that needs improving. If they are overrun I'm sure there is an abundance of willing workers who'd like jobs.

My review is 3 star, not 1 because it would be unfair to base my overall rating on their customer servive alone. I've not had an issue with a product of theirs (beyond the infill panel mounting holes that had been drilled whist wearing a blindfold) but I'm confident I wont be returning for anything more than a warranty claim should I have to.
I broke a tie rod and they confirmed they had stock. 1 week passed, I'd sent multiple emails (they respond to the initial email don't reply past their initial response) and I'd spent over 4 hours on hold and never actually gotten through to anyone, only to be automatically cut off every 20 minutes and have to start again (I had a week off work so could afford to be on hold for that long, or so I thought). My car was not driveable and so I had my brother pick them up who was passing through the area and I doubt I'll see a refund on the postage I paid for, despite the fact it was never posted. It was only a few days ago that I looked at these polarizing reviews and realised that I'm not the only one who's been left with a sour taste. There is a growing online community that have frustrations with this company and their lack of competence and customer service. I'm sorry but sending a parcel doesn't take a week.

Had some work done with these guys over last couple of weeks. Great service and they actually take time to talk you through what they think is best for your needs. They go above and beyond when it comes to attention to detail and their work is impeccable. Thanks to everyone at PSR for all your efforts. Extremely happy with the end product and thankyou for all your professional advice. Highly recommend PSR for all your 4x4 needs!

The internet does not seem to be a place where second chances are granted often and the average consumer lacks hindsight.

Reading the reviews i was skeptical but to my relief the staff were very friendly and only willing to help.

Dealing with frasier over the phone to in person was a very pleasant experience. He showed a genuine interest in my needs, budget and openly discussed future possibilities with me which i had overlooked.

I did the rounds of my local 4x4 stores and instead of wanting to just take my money and get a sale. The staff at PSR wanted to make sure what i was purchasing was going to suit my needs for the better future.

5 Stars PSR and i look forward to my purchase!

Don t answer phone calls, emails, messages, nothing at all. Are you guys even trading??? Or are you scamming people? How can you even make enquires when no one answers the phone. This seems really really dodgy to me

Waste of time these guys. nothing but liars, prepare to spend your money up front for a 1-3 week wait, then wait 3-4 months without a care in the world, sit on hold for days on end, get cutoff, never even get chance to speak to someone, and when you do get it, half of it is missing!

Guaranteed to get some sort of rude reply, although no replies to emails.

Unable to contact, ignoring my emails, phone calls and facebook messages.
Did a substandard job on my hilux lift kit. cv boot popped off while driving on the hiway.
Handbrake cable brackets were left dangling on rear wheels. Almost every bolt was loose probably because they did not reschedule to check over my vehicle after the 'settling' in period.

Honestly would not recommend these clowns to anyone. They charge and arm and a leg and I have had to pay a real mechanic to rectify there poor workmanship. 0/10

Everybody from the front of house team to the mechanics and fabricators did an awesome job in looking after me and rectifying some issues with my vehicle suspension.

Recently put my new adjustable struts in my np300 and they work a treat.. completely understandable wait of 3 months as suppliers are struggling to get stock out. Would definitely recommend to anyone with an incling of patience.

Needed to contact psr for some information on parts i purchased through them. I rang on 3 different occasions and sat on hold for 20mis before automated message cut me off.

Spoke to a local shop that deals heavily with psr and they said they are having the same issues.
Come on psr, you say your aus #1 suspension shop.....how about answering the phone

Ordered a diff drop kit for a 100 series, they did not send the cross member.

Its been almost 3 weeks (18 days) and have just been told the following lifted from an actual email

"We do not have any of these in stock so it is hard to resolve this issue until we do in which you will be the first to receive the crossmember."

They then followed this up with an email about blaming the new guy.

So if you looking for a incompetent, lazy and frankly arrogant suspension company then PSR is the mob for you.

Ordered a diff drop for a D40 Navara over a month ...

Ordered a diff drop for a D40 Navara over a month ago now, physically went into the store after hearing nothing for 2 weeks, no phones answered no emails responded too nothing at all. I physically go inside and ask for an update and it's yea we have your order were just back logged with ordered we are selling so much right now.

Well here is a crazy idea, hire more people? You blame it on covid and that's old news now.

Best you could give me was 2 weeks ETA. Alright done, that was over 3 weeks ago now and still no contact. No email nothing. The guy at the counter who said he was responsible for emails and online responses should be replaced because he has no skills dealing with customers. I ordered from psr because other sites said 1 month wait time till stock gets delivered. Well it would have been quicker to wait for that then it is with PSR.

I'd rather buy the plans off you and build my own stuff because it be quicker then the whole teams of people you don't have.

Spend your money literally anywhere else like anywhere at all.

Big thanks to Scott at Performance Suspension for the exceptional service. I had a front swaybar mount snap on the XYZ Racing Super Sport coilovers in my MR2. They were still under warranty so I contacted Performance Suspension who I bought them from. Instead of just sourcing a replacement mount from XYZ Racing in Taiwan, Scott obtained the shop drawings for it and had his team in Yatala fabricate from scratch a brand new, stronger pair of mounts and shipped them out to me - all within one week! They fitted perfectly and enabled me to get my MR2 back on the road in no time at all. So go see Scott and the guys at Performance Suspension in Yatala, I highly recommend them!

Purchased new 2" - 5" adjustable coilovers for my D40. Shocks came preset to my desired height and were ready within a couple of hours from me placing the order to being able to pick them up. Wade was helpful and a pleasure to deal with

Needed 2 ball joints for my aftermarket arms from them because of neglect from previous owner and they ended up just giving me brand new upgraded arms for the same price at what I was going to pay just for the ballpoints. They always tried to help with what they could.

Edit: Products look to be decent quality until they've come out of the box and on the car for 10,000kms.

Spend the money and go buy "Superior Engineering" products. They'll last you a fair while longer than PSR garbage.

I had my upper control arms replaced here, and a lift kit installed, they replaced my cv boot clamps with zip ties, and they also have no idea about wheel alignments. Extremely disappointing considering the amount of money I spent there to have this all done. Would not recommend. Looks like they got all the gear but no idea !

I've bought 2 items from psr for my navara. On 2 separate occasions the item took 5 days longer to arrive then was told.
Both items, the infill panel and idler arm brace both didnt fit properly.
They required to be redrilled to a bigger size to match the hole centres.
Probably won't buy from them again.

They also have an attitude on the phone like you're constantly wasting their time.

I traveled from NSW to Brisbane just to get the boys to work on my new vehicle.

The snorkel they did on my Landcruiser is second to none.

There the only Company I trust that do a one piece seamless stainless snorkel with no side bracket.

I called to book a few weeks prior, I arrived, was offered drinks and a lift, the boys assured me it will be done to perfection and even threw in a few stickers.

Very happy with the outcome and couldn't recccomend anyone else for your four wheel drive needs.

Ordered a tub rack set up for my roof top tent to go in the tray of my Ute, turned out 10/10.
PSR custom fabricated the height I needed to suit my car, as well as using other companies parts throughout, all their gear looks incredible and it works perfectly.
Highly recommend these guys for anything and everything regarding gear for your 4WD!

I sent an email to representative Pav regarding an enquiry about a shock and spring setup for my vehicle. After declining the offer to use their flagship coilovers, I never heard from them again.

I went and made a comment on Facebook regarding the issue. Instead of contacting me to resolve or explain they simply deleted the comment. You can't leave a review for the business on their Facebook page.

If I was contacted and told that the product was unavailable I would have been satisfied. But now I will actively be sharing my experience.

I would like to note I can't comment on workmanship as I didn't get that far into the process. It's simply a mismanagement of a simple enquiry.

In my opinion...
Chris can be arrogant, ignorant, and has been abusive to both staff and customers.
In my opinion, I would ask around any long term motor trade company and make up your own mind before dealing with this business, as you should with all businesses.
I have seen work on vehicles done without first contacting the customer, and they were very unhappy at the extra expense upon arriving to collect their vehicle.
In my opinion, there are many people with ethics much different than Chris's.
I have dealt with his father for about 20+ years, and was in the motor trade longer than that.
This company, while I was working for them, upon learning that my old business name i hadn't traded under for a number of years had just run out of registration and that I was going to pay to register it again...re registered it in their names virtually overnight.

I was contacted by his lawyers demanding that I delete my review. I have altered it and had to remove certain things I said that, in my opinion, were totally correct. I've added some information now also.
So take my opinion with a grain of salt. Often, what cannot be said, means more than what is.

Fairly decent turnaround on my coilovers considering everything going on with coronavirus. Can't put any blame on them for delays as its down to the suppliers. Had some problems after installing the xyz's myself, shot them an email and Aiden was happy for me to come in no appointment needed and take a look at it. Got it fixed in 10mins
