My review is 3 star, not 1 because it would be unfair to base my overall rating on their customer servive alone. I've not had an issue with a product of theirs (beyond the infill panel mounting holes that had been drilled whist wearing a blindfold) but I'm confident I wont be returning for anything more than a warranty claim should I have to.
I broke a tie rod and they confirmed they had stock. 1 week passed, I'd sent multiple emails (they respond to the initial email don't reply past their initial response) and I'd spent over 4 hours on hold and never actually gotten through to anyone, only to be automatically cut off every 20 minutes and have to start again (I had a week off work so could afford to be on hold for that long, or so I thought). My car was not driveable and so I had my brother pick them up who was passing through the area and I doubt I'll see a refund on the postage I paid for, despite the fact it was never posted. It was only a few days ago that I looked at these polarizing reviews and realised that I'm not the only one who's been left with a sour taste. There is a growing online community that have frustrations with this company and their lack of competence and customer service. I'm sorry but sending a parcel doesn't take a week.
Dissapointing.
