enada, send a letter terminating the contract by ordinary letter. (If something was sent at all because it cannot be reached) I am waiting since December 17 .... When asked whether they can be sent by registered mail they answer that yes I am asking why if there is nothing to prevent they do not do it right away. I wonder if they will charge me with the shipping cost.

A company for which the priority should be good and efficient communication with customers and building the prestige of the brands it serves, operates on the opposite principles. A company that would not exist without customers acts to discourage them. This is one of the most interesting business policies I have come across.

Very poor cooperation. I have cars at VWleasing and one at PSA. Gap in service and tools. It is not possible to send invoices by e-mail, they only come on a platform whose service is a drama. Fuel cards - payment of 7 days, invoices issued and information on the generation of an invoice sometimes comes after a few days by email. Then enter the platform and download the invoice. In the event of a slight delay, a PLN 50 net penalty will apply. When I finish this leasing, I will never take this company again.

The worst finance company in my 20 years of finance adventure. Terrible service, zero professionalism, very difficult contact. If it were possible I would give zero stars. I just dissuaded my friends from buying Citroen in installments, just because of this crib. They took kia.

Two platforms for E-invoices work equally and both weakly, sometimes SMS notifications that an invoice has been issued, sometimes e-mail, sometimes from one platform, sometimes from the other, you never know where you log in, sometimes they come twice, sometimes not at all. I have 2 contracts and I can't come to terms with it, I feel sorry for someone who bought a few cars. You cannot send one transfer, only a different account number for each contract. In case of a mistake, the funds cannot be transferred. One month, no notification of invoice issuance came, followed by a prompt for delay in payments, and then PLN 50 net for each contract for sending a reminder. After several long conversations with several consultants, the fee was finally adjusted as they admitted that the notification system did not work.

I do not recommend. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. I had Leasing with Citroen, I am surprised that such a dealer allows himself such an incompetent company as Finance Polska. No communication, only fees take everything, consultants are not nice. They don't reply to messages. You have to ask for everything. It's not worth it, next time I will think about choosing Citroen.

As soon as we are late with the payment (because, for example, we did not receive the e-mail that ended up in SPAM ...) we receive a threat of PLN 1000 + debt collection by mail ... and the fee was charged for the fact that, for example, my car was demolished and I reported damage due to autocasco ... The letter sent from Warsaw on 02/09/2020 reached me after a week, and for a fee of 5 days ...

IN ANSWER: I know there is such a thing as a Table of Fees. It is about my impression of cooperation that I have a few years after signing the contract. I feel only the number on which the provisions of the contract are waiting, just to charge additional fees ... And regarding the fact that your invoice e-mails go to SPAM, which may cause delays in their repayment, this information is rather not included when signing contract (should I log into my PSA account every day?). I am not irritated by the fact that this fee (for the liquidation of the claim) was charged in accordance with the Table, or rather an unexpected letter of reminder with the threat of a penalty (because this is the tone of this letter) PLN 1000 for not reading a message that I could not read, because it hit a black one mail server list ...

Additional charges for each finger lift. One platform shows invoices, the other does not. Emils from them end up in Spam. I do not recommend it, I wait until the leasing is over and never again. I am taking a new car soon, I am sure it will influence the decision to omit a dealer who cooperates with this type of institution !!!

I fully confirm the negative opinions about this company and I advise you well before you sign the lease agreement - Avoid it. They enforce absurdly expensive insurance that goes beyond all common sense. Two years ago, PZU proposed as part of the "PSA dealership package" for my 3-year-old car with a current value below 60,000. PLN OC and AC for over 7,000! The net fee of PLN 400 for signing another contract is another rude service. Maybe they'll shake off when Citroen and Peugeot sales drop. I will say it again - if you do not want to overpay the insurance amount at least twice - stay away from this company!

This is our second leasing and I am deeply shocked that nowadays you can sell a client who pays solidly. The only quick contact is the day after the payment deadline - we have had such a case once and the debt collection department immediately found us. Shocked that nowadays you don't care about the client.

I agree with all negative comments posted by other users of PSA services. The user's "platform" is a drama, zero functionality, no possibility of making direct payments and much more. Compared to the competition, it is a dark city. To my comments regarding the changes, PSA invited me to study user satisfaction - attention set a deadline mid-day, at the headquarters at Ok cie, commuting at my own expense ... my hands fell ... The table of fees is also a mockery - for agreeing on my own insurer they want 400 PLN !! even though it is the same service provider under the same conditions, it is extended annually .... The PSA's insurance offer for my car is over PLN 4,000,000, the best package available on the market from another insurer is a bit over PLN 2,000,000 .... I got the best after two years of using the car, they call from PSA and ask if in connection with the end of the leasing of the car I want to buy a vehicle? hahaha all is well only my contract lasts 4 years! The lady apologized and said it was because of the "mess." I am a fan of the brand, the cars are cool, competitively priced but unfortunately PSA has forgotten about USER EXPERIENCE. They wonder why sales are falling in Europe ... and the answer lies UNDER NOSE, you only need to look at the opinions appearing on Google, Facebook ....

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would give so much, because this institution is a complete ZERO. Clutter, lack of information flow between departments. Nobody knows anything there. They were leasing assignments - attention - 3 months because someone lost their documents. Of course, nobody will admit anything and then the debt collection department will press some prompts and PLN 50 for each! Not calling back, they don't inform customers about anything. In one word - Entrepreneur - you are looking for leasing, look elsewhere ...

Matchstickers, I do not recommend, pay for everything, if you want to insure your car on your own, extending the insurance contract you have to pay an extra PLN 400 net because you have not bought out insurance through a friendly agent. Insurance in PZU lower by PLN 600 after direct purchase. Hopeless service, a hopeless contract management system. Oiling the customer, no response, invoices in the system (for example, permission to travel abroad) appear late after the payment date (sometimes there is no information about the new invoice) and immediately punishment (unjustified prompt) for not paying on time. So what if they retreat and correct as it takes weeks. enada !!!. The next car will definitely be bought from competitors in another leasing.

Extremely low service level. The hotline employees are not very competent, they treat the client as a necessary evil. They go out of their way to dismiss the interlocutor and end the conversation.

No more any collaboration with this company. The embarrassing service affects the entire PSA concern. Pity the nerves.

The worst leasing company in Poland. Maybe it is better in France, but here it is the bottom. You download invoices in PDF and that's it because you won't pay online - a customer portal from the 1980s. Debt collection is a device to earn money even during the coronary virus period. They treat you like rubbish to earn PLN 50 when everyone around everyone helps, they push you down the stairs! Employees on the hotline as if working for punishment or just mean. I do not recommend! Especially now! This company doesn't pass the humanity test!

Each withdrawal from the contract costs a lot to the customer, i.e. insurer, travel abroad, etc. Cheap leasing alone, sometimes with insurance support. All other accompanying services are a rip off. I think it would be worth paying attention to the subject of case analysis, customer needs and expectations, and what the competition offers.
