They issued me an additional FV for Op . for the insurance, apart from the recom package, PLN 492 - renewed insurance identical to the previous year with the same scope with the same insurer. I submitted a complaint asking for an explanation of what was going on - about 1 month ago, so far I have not received an answer, but they managed to send me a letter informing that if I do not pay this VAT invoice, it will be referred to debt collection + PLN 1000, in addition, they have already charged an additional the cost of PLN 61.5 for non-payment of the invoice. Form of writing - threats. The first and last time I used their services.
