I agree with all negative comments posted by other users of PSA services. The user's "platform" is a drama, zero functionality, no possibility of making direct payments and much more. Compared to the competition, it is a dark city. To my comments regarding the changes, PSA invited me to study user satisfaction - attention set a deadline mid-day, at the headquarters at Ok cie, commuting at my own expense ... my hands fell ... The table of fees is also a mockery - for agreeing on my own insurer they want 400 PLN !! even though it is the same service provider under the same conditions, it is extended annually .... The PSA's insurance offer for my car is over PLN 4,000,000, the best package available on the market from another insurer is a bit over PLN 2,000,000 .... I got the best after two years of using the car, they call from PSA and ask if in connection with the end of the leasing of the car I want to buy a vehicle? hahaha all is well only my contract lasts 4 years! The lady apologized and said it was because of the "mess." I am a fan of the brand, the cars are cool, competitively priced but unfortunately PSA has forgotten about USER EXPERIENCE. They wonder why sales are falling in Europe ... and the answer lies UNDER NOSE, you only need to look at the opinions appearing on Google, Facebook ....
