As for service - unfavorable. They do not reply to...

As for service - unfavorable. They do not reply to the letters (scan attached in the e-mail). No reaction when I wanted to withdraw from the contract before picking up the car - in a word worse than the Middle Ages. I do not recommend. One star in the evaluation is so much.
