I've been trying to contact the customer service for the fourth or fifth month. They ask to fill out forms and say they will call you back, but there is still no response. But when I was late with the payment one day, they immediately wrote about an additional penalty fee ... using it, I asked for contact again and still SILENCE. I do not recommend, their hotline is silent ...
