I attend the interview and after long period of time i got selected for the second round, but when we are calling the hr for the interview they are not picking up the calls..no response..waste of time.

Protechsoft Technologies is good for fresher as Software Developer. I would be happy to tell that i went to here this month for interview as Software Developer but unfortunately perhaps i wasn't able to go next round. But trust me if you want to start your carrier as Software Developer than you should go there and check your eligibility.

(Based on my interview experience in 2015.)
If it was possible to give less than 0 star, I would have done that.
I attended the interview there. Initially, they promised all of us that they would give assignments for 1 month period and select the best people who perform well in the assignments.
We all(around 30-50 freshers) agreed.
I enthusiastically started my day in this company and had been performing well all the assignments.
After around 30 days, only 3(including me)were nominated.
We 3 thought we finally got selected.
But this company management still wanted filter us.
The company CEO conducted a programming test. Due to minor coding mistake(that all freshers do), one of eliminated.
Finally 2 left.
But they expected us to code like experienced Engineers. They started asking us to code to build networking applications.(for freshers, even for Engineers with exp. , It is a difficult task).
As freshers, we had sufficient amount of coding knowledge, but they even rejected us because we didn't have knowledge how to code for those networking applications.
Finally, i, aftr spending 1 month and doing regressive learning work, I came out of the company with huge disappointment.

I worked here 6 months.....
interview process takes time, wont be too tough, but u need to have good knowledge on basics and should be able to develop the logic for design patterns.
after 2 written rounds........u will be told what r the topics to be prepared for third round, Face- Face technical round.

coming to the training........
training in the sense......materials will be provided and programs to practice every week, to which you will be taught to modify the program into a professional manner
training wont be like teaching and explaining on board etc
depending on team leaders to learn wont work here

PROS:
1. Good pay
2. no pressure
3. good team management

CONS:
1. only 3 systems are having internet facility.
2. they will make you train on concepts what company requires and nothing new to learn

Even though locality is a little bit congested but the company is good

Location some littelbit confusion company appearance not good

This is fake company, interview process is worst, so freshers or experience don't waste time

Actually this company don't deserve to give 1 star...very poor. If u attend first round note they will never give proper response to u ........waste of time....fresher's please don't go there for interview and don't waste ur timeee

Cheating company,just keep the test but no results provided.

Their interview questions repeated but those are difficult to solve

Protechsoft visited our campus for software recruitment. We had one very very interesting presentation session by one HR Person, Mr. Nandha Gopal. He was talking all from engineering, Testing, etc...From the presentation itself, the company looked highly technical. I got afraid whether to attend interview. But attended interview and passed one round. But 2nd Round got eliminated.

One thing I will tell is that I attended the company interview and failed. But the experience I got is something very useful. I came to know how REAL SOFTWARE INTERVIEWS will be. Now I am working in another company in Chennai, but still I am looking in job forums if Protechsoft is putting any opening.

I attended for HR position. Interview was too good but even after one week I didn't get my results.

No proper response....office is too bad....it wont look like IT company....waste of time...bada BC compay

Worst company of the chennai....!!!!dnt goooooooooooo,i tried to give 0 rating but it couldn't allow me....!! I dnt knw y they r keep on conducting walkins...! Select 1skillset guy and pay 20000/-per mnth thats tooo better compared to conducting walkins daily.... !

it wont look like IT company.....if any one comming from Bangalore ..plz don't come.. waste of time and money...

Protech is a great place to learn !
Instead of pushing you into project maintenance, they give you lots of time to learn all the core stuff. I worked on the ANDROID team. The team lead is very helpful. Think of protech as a launch pad where you can get trained to survive in the wild software industry.

They basically pay you (quite well) to learn. All you have to do is shut up, focus and ingest every drop of knowledge you can get from them. By the time you know it, you'll be more knowledgeable than an experienced developer.

If you prove yourself, you will be recognised and will soon be researching on awesome technologies.

At the end of 2 years in protech I was able to jump into beautiful technologies such as Lucene, Elastic search etc. Learning such technologies was a breeze, thanks to the strong core training they gave me.
