(Based on my interview experience in 2015.)
If it was possible to give less than 0 star, I would have done that.
I attended the interview there. Initially, they promised all of us that they would give assignments for 1 month period and select the best people who perform well in the assignments.
We all(around 30-50 freshers) agreed.
I enthusiastically started my day in this company and had been performing well all the assignments.
After around 30 days, only 3(including me)were nominated.
We 3 thought we finally got selected.
But this company management still wanted filter us.
The company CEO conducted a programming test. Due to minor coding mistake(that all freshers do), one of eliminated.
Finally 2 left.
But they expected us to code like experienced Engineers. They started asking us to code to build networking applications.(for freshers, even for Engineers with exp. , It is a difficult task).
As freshers, we had sufficient amount of coding knowledge, but they even rejected us because we didn't have knowledge how to code for those networking applications.
Finally, i, aftr spending 1 month and doing regressive learning work, I came out of the company with huge disappointment.
