Don't stay here until the administration changes. They seem to think that rules are more important than guests' happiness. Being rude is the norm, and instead of serving guests or making an effort to make them happy, the focus is on rules, regulations and prohibitions. if you are thinking of having a party, or event, or wedding, until the owners change management, I do not recommend it. I leave this review in the hope that the owners will change the administration and management so that the guests are served instead of continuing to treat the guests in a rude and rude manner.

Incredible areas, great service, some things need outside maintenance, but recommend

I have come to meet you. It has a great breakfast, wonderful pool and without forgetting that the rooms are larger than many hotel by Brazil.

A pleasant place until you are served at the reception, the rules and regulations are met, you as a guest do not seem to be genuinely someone to be served with kindness, because I have not seen kindness in someone saying that the rules matter more than serving a customer well, thanks.
