He cares deeply about his clients and goes to great lengths to get you a great deal, ensuring the property is in great condition and you won't have maintenance issues after closing. Mark is really the best, I recommend him to everyone. He also works with a great financing and legal team, and knows the best and most thorough home inspector if you want to go with his recommendations. I highly recommend going with those recommendations, the lawyer and paralegal were amazing. Mark is the best, he will be your best advocate and guide you effortlessly through the buying process.

This company goes after its employees for wrong think. Left, right, or center I would never want to do business with a company that does not allow it's employees to have what ever political/religious beliefs they desire.

I had a contract signed June 2nd for a property and the sellers agent had terrible communication with us. The agent failed to list the property as contingent even under contract. We had an inspection scheduled today at 10 am and received a cancelation of contract an hour beforehand. The agent still will not speak with us on what happened. These are poor practices that ruin trust with your customers and potential customers.

A real estate agent from @Properties showed us a condo at 330 N Jefferson listed as available June 1st, and encouraged us to apply given our desired move-in date. After we paid $170 in application fees we were then told that the availability date has changed to July 1st, which the agent was fully aware would not work for us given the time our ongoing lease was ending. Then they advertise other properties to us; classic bait & switch rip-off scam artists. Only received a basic auto-reply to my message about being refunded the application fee paid over a month ago.

We went through @properties to rent our current 3 bedroom apartment. The application fee was a little high at $85 but the overall process was good and communication with the agent and landlord was great

My wife & I worked with Eva Lakomiec to purchase our first home and could not be more pleased and grateful! We moved from Florida and could only fly up once before buying. Eva quickly identified our price point and things we wanted our house to include and would send over many, many options of houses on the market. Multiple times, Eva went to a house for us and would facetime with us and describe the house. Her customer service is second to none and we highly recommend her to anyone!
