I had a contract signed June 2nd for a property and the sellers agent had terrible communication with us. The agent failed to list the property as contingent even under contract. We had an inspection scheduled today at 10 am and received a cancelation of contract an hour beforehand. The agent still will not speak with us on what happened. These are poor practices that ruin trust with your customers and potential customers.
