An ideal, romantic place, perfect combination of tradition and good cuisine. An unbeatable deal with tuxedo waiters and a menu of 22 euros that is very good in quantity and quality, but does not include drinks. We tried the house wine and it was very soft. A beautiful environment.

The right place to taste and savor the cuisine of yesteryear ... very warm welcome, I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant environment is very good. An old restaurant with a history of more than 330 years. The reserved cultural atmosphere is comfortable. excellent service. The dishes are of good quality. The oysters are plump. The appetizer is good. The foie gras is very fat and tender. Vanilla baked snails taste good. Onion soup is delicious! ! Main course duck breast meat is also okay, the steak is the wrong beef liver, the two livers are still quite stressful to eat. The fried salmon is very bad, greasy and tasteless. The starter is more flavorful than the main dish. Dessert is ok. Creme brulee is delicious.

Pleasant surprise. I was scared of an ultra pretentious restaurant but not at all. The staff is really nice, the view is superb and the restaurant very clean and very beautiful. Only downside: the kitchen. We do not eat very well for quite a bit. We pay the view. To try anyway to spend a pleasant evening in a beautiful place.

The decoration of the shop is worth a look, but the meals don't feel like it. There is a Traditional Chinese menu.

Quite pricey, but the food is exceptional. The decor is eclectic, and they have many items from notable people, including what purports to be Napoleon's hat. Worth a visit for the historical value alone as one of the oldest restaurants in Paris.

The setting is beautiful but the cleanliness remains to be desired. The glasses were badly washed. The aperitif was served without accompaniment. The service is not up to par although the servers are nice.

Here is a very old restaurant, the oldest in Paris. The setting is really beautiful, the service is nickel, the kitchen is a delicious French classic cuisine. Really a nice place to have a good time with two or with friends. It is strongly recommended to book well in advance.

A must because of its historic significance. Good service and food was fine. I visited during an exceptionally warm time and we suffered in a private room with 17 people and 1 fan, no a/c. So make sure to enjoy this spot when the weather is coolet.

Cult place. Bourgeois cuisine at the top. Wine list unpretentious but perfectly adapted to the proposed dishes. Value for money very good. you have to count on 50 euros per person and add the wine. Many bottles of wine between 20 and 50 euros. Very reasonable for the neighborhood, the history of the place and the quality of the dishes. The atmosphere is that of a brewery not a gourmet restaurant.

Compared to fame, the ingredients in the typical French cuisine are suspect. Food that is cooked with chicken meat and old frozen. Restaurant with only a pattern to fill the famous history. Enchanting place with a historical and refined atmosphere, well-kept dishes and abundant by the standards, prices are not prohibitive but high, however, offers the possibility to order fixed menus with appetizer, plate and dessert (about 40) per person. Fast service friendly, helpful and multilingual staff. On the site there are also ancient historical relics such as Napoleon's hat and Voltaire's desk. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it, ideal for a refined dinner!

Walls full of history, period decorations or almost. Everything is very fresh, the veal head is to die for and their tartare ultra fresh. The coffee is impeccable.

Been there with friends and two kids, the staff was very friendly, the food delicious, there was no problem in parking our strollers - which is a rare thing in Paris. Prices are above average yet not excessive (count 160 for a full course meal for 4 adult people) - but the food is worth it.

Beautiful and authentic setting for this place opened in 1696.

A great place for lunch and dinner, the food is delicious and beautifully decorated. Of the attention of the staff or say, very friendly and cordial. The place retains the totally cozy vintage atmosphere. At the end of our dinner we had a delicious champagne! Totally recommended without a doubt.

A must qd we come to Paris ... steeped in history ... a very nice setting ... of course armored with tourists ... including me ... Dishes not given but good ... to see even qd

Very charming old-fashioned chic decor, fresh oysters, incredible gratin dauphinois, entrecote a bit overcooked but very good, warm cheese so very disappointing, the bread can do much better, but the dessert a vanilla puff pastry straight out from Aldi without flavor or texture how badly to finish a meal.
