Along with this absurd civil liability proposition, I also had the (PROAMA) completed by them regarding the termination of the policy with my data filled in.
But he didn't see the number of the current policy that I was running out of, just entered the number of the new policy - absurdly expensive, so if I didn't look at the number I would have called the policy which I didn't actually have, and the old one with the old number would probably continue ( 100% I'm not sure) - but pay attention to it.

P.S. at AX ... I paid 650 PLN.

This company is still stuck in the 90s, contact by e-mail is practically non-existent, I do not recommend it to anyone. After comparing premiums with other companies, they are more than twice as expensive. The choice is clear, I will go to the post office and send a letter of termination. I do not recommend this company. I had one claim on third party liability / before damage 60% discount - after one claim, the discount is 30% - that is, they take half - come any other 10% - but the best thing is last year's premium is PLN 730 - including 1433 - i.e. 50% more for the same - bottom and seaweed. I would like to add that I feel a pity like everyone else - in my case it is once every 6 years or longer. In addition - previously I was insured with GENERALI - and this is one group - they stole my car - they paid me after a row, etc. - I bought a second car for 33,000 - and they wanted 12,000 from me. for the insurance ... because it was my fault. I was insured in other companies and no one took the theft damage into account - they kept the discounts for me ... I regret that I came back - it's good that the policy expires in 14 days - never again!

WARNING! Proama has no law in Poland for anything. According to Art. 817 K.C. have 30 days to pay compensation from the AC policy. It's been 2 months and nobody even responds to emails. The guardian of the case is a disaster. Several contact attempts. He called back once after his supervisor's intervention. I mention that I have a full insurance package, full option.
I am considering legal steps.

Proama's business model is to get you to buy their cheapest policy via rankomat or another comparison website. Their sales people are relentless in their calls when they want to sell something. Later on they send a letter saying there was a miscalculation in the policy and you owe them money.

They did it to us twice.

The first time when I wanted to renew my home insurance policy they said my old policy is invalid because I was listed as an owner, not a renter. Of course I had to pay more for it. Probably would have had to pay more regardless. I bought the policy over the phone and said many times that I'm renting, but I still need to pay for their mistake. Anyway, after 30 min on the phone trying to sort it out and buy a new policy at an increased price I gave up and bought another policy online.

My girlfriend's car insurance "recalculation" went straight to debt collectors, which freaked us out a lot. It turns out the previous owner of the car had a seniors discount. We bought the car with policy assuming we'll renew it when it's due. But no, Proama got wind of the owner change (we notified them as we should) and decided that our car insurance premium is now double AND we have to pay the difference for the previous year AND this doesn't warrant any call or email and should go straight to debt collectors. After a week of calls we managed to clear this, I hope. All over 350zl.

In short, if you're looking for the worse insurance company in Poland - here it is. It's cheap for a reason. Reason being they are scammers.

They insured my Mini a few years, 2 years ago I had a small parking lot, for which they took a 10% discount the following year and I thought it was fair, although generally the civil liability insurance went up a lot. This was motivated by the fact that now the Ombudsman for Insured Rights orders repairs on original parts. Let it be - I thought. This year, now (harmless driving), the valuation of the extension for the next year came with an amount of 300% higher than the previous one (720 PLN - now over 2200 PLN). FOR WHAT? And I called - this time it is a shame that the regulator orders them to take into account the history of "accident from the last 6 years, hence I was granted a 20% discount (interestingly last year just after a 60% break from 70%). AXA somehow approaches human - my liability for next year in this company PLN 708. IT IS WORTH SEARCHING AND FROM AWAY FROM AWAY.

Note: I wrote the opinions 5 months ago, I can see that the proama did not make any effort to comment on my statement - they transferred the case to debt collection "Rudy Consulting" which did not even know the legal basis of the payment request - they only call almost every day and write silly emails.
Embarrassment !!! I document everything and hand it over to the police. Thieves with impunity? - I wonder how much this thief company will have the right to operate on the market and rob us ...

I bought a car insured in this grandfather's company, I asked for a conversion of the contribution 4 weeks ago, I have not received an annex until today, it was supposedly sent by an ordinary letter, but Proama can not prove it. I asked for an annex to the e-mail, it turned out that they calculated my contribution 4 times bigger, because they did not take into account the history of my discounts (in the meantime I changed my name after marriage, about which I informed) and the policy I said. I took notice of the termination from Proam's website, where they do not specify the art of termination. After a week, I received an email saying that my notice was registered with a different art than related to the purchase of the car, the most advantageous for Proama, and the policy lasts until the end of the period for which it was concluded. Every employee says something on the helpline, no one is responsible, the employee who registers the notice has no contact with the client, the employee who sent the email can not be contacted, subsequent consultants provide conflicting information. I have not been able to re-calculate it for a week, I think it was sent again by ordinary letter. There is not one person who conducts the case, you can only call the general hotline or write to one general address. Embarrassing customer service, the company pulls and cheats. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Despite early attempts to contact the proama regarding insurance of the newly purchased vehicle, it was only after 6 months that I received information about the recalculation of a premium four times higher than the one that was initially established. I was also "gifted" observation of the debt collector without notice. Obviously to extort money, poor customer service, don't recommend it.
