I bought a car insured in this grandfather's company, I asked for a conversion of the contribution 4 weeks ago, I have not received an annex until today, it was supposedly sent by an ordinary letter, but Proama can not prove it. I asked for an annex to the e-mail, it turned out that they calculated my contribution 4 times bigger, because they did not take into account the history of my discounts (in the meantime I changed my name after marriage, about which I informed) and the policy I said. I took notice of the termination from Proam's website, where they do not specify the art of termination. After a week, I received an email saying that my notice was registered with a different art than related to the purchase of the car, the most advantageous for Proama, and the policy lasts until the end of the period for which it was concluded. Every employee says something on the helpline, no one is responsible, the employee who registers the notice has no contact with the client, the employee who sent the email can not be contacted, subsequent consultants provide conflicting information. I have not been able to re-calculate it for a week, I think it was sent again by ordinary letter. There is not one person who conducts the case, you can only call the general hotline or write to one general address. Embarrassing customer service, the company pulls and cheats. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
