I love them! My trash gets picked up every Tuesday morning. The office staff are very professional and friendly!

We used Prostar waste because it was the only trash service in our area. From the very beginning we had problems. There dump truck causes a HUGE hole in our driveway that they then refused to service us until we fixed, didn t come pick up our trash and made accusations that were completely false, and are more than rude on the phone!! There were many other things but I could go on for awhile. The final thing and the reason I am finally writing this review is because BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTACT PLEASE NOTE ON THE BACK OF THE CONTRACT YOU ARE SIGNING A 36 MONTH TO 36 MONTH CONTRACT. Which means that once your 36 months are over they reinforce another 36 month binding contract if you do not call and cancel your service!!!!!!!! I called to cancel and the RUDE women said she would have to talk to their legal team and get back with me. They want to charge me an additional $2,500 if I cancel early!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING!!!! THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT GIVEN TO US!!!

People in the office are rude when trying to set up auto pay online they don't want to help and make it very difficult.

I've used ProStar Waste garbage pickup service for the last 5 yrs. They are efficient in picking up on time. Amanda has been great to help with any pickup issues and billing questions. She has always been kind and compassionate. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Pro Star Waste for months now and have absolutely no complaints. This company is always on time with their trash pick up. The ladies in the office are extremely professional and respectful from day 1! When we needed a second trash can they were very quick with the delivery. Definitely will recommend this company to everyone!!

This company is VERY BAD. I am going to dump my garbage on their doorstep, maybe then they will pick it up. They changed our pick up day from Monday to Friday and STILL CAN'T PICK IT UP. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They SUCK!!!!!!

WORST customer service. Ever since we signed our contract, a year ago now, the pick up service has been rocky. We would go two weeks without our trash being picked up even after calling multiple times. I called to cancel our service and was told I couldn't cancel until March because that's when our contract renewed so when I called again they decided to bring to my attention that they needed a 90 day notice, but failed to tell me that information the first time I tried to cancel. So now I'm stuck with the company for another year. I would not recommend to anybody because of the lack of communication and poor customer service. Mind you I have their service at two locations and have the same problems at both. I also haven't been compensated in any way for any of the inconveniences I've faced.

For the past 5 weeks they have not picked up my trash. I keep calling them and the tell me they will have someone it pick it up. After the 4th call they came on Saturday. But the next trash pickup they didn't pick up my trash. I really don't think they care about their customers at all. If you do not have to use them don't. Very bad company.

the worst service ever web site post no service on labor day . but they had service .so I miss it when I call the lady said they call everyone to tell them that they would be picking up on labor day. but they did not call me I told her I wanted to talk to a super viser . she said he wasn't in so I ask her to have him call me but he never did

Pro Star has always gone the extra mile in insuring my needs are taken care of, from my mobility issues to reminders of changes in service dates or times, and customer service personnel have always been polite and helpful to find solutions. I have been a customer for many years and hopefully for many more. The service man that takes care of my route is super. Amanda as the first person that customers meet is awesome very happy.

I have been calling every week for them to pick up my trash. They don't pick up til Thursday. This week they didn't pick it up at all, I talked to a manager on Friday they said it was going to be picked up Saturday and it still sitting there. I need to find another company that want to pick up my trash. They want they money but they don't want to pick up my trash. I shouldn't have to call them every week for 6 week every day til they pick up my trash. I wouldn't give them 1 star

Only had 2 incidents where they didn't make it out, and they showed up the next day at night to get our trash. Been with them for over 2 years.

I have the same problem they are always late on pick up and my trash piles up. I am thinking of going with another company.

So far give them 3 stars I've been with them a month and this is the first week they haven't picked up and now saying that they came and the trash wasn't out luckily I have surveillance cameras and send proof that the person who claimed that they came lied Rita seems nice but yet to hear from her if there going to pick up my trash after I showed proof that they didn't come So I'm still waiting day 2 no pick up will update what Rita says there going to say this was at 10am it is now 2pm so let's see and I would have gave them 5 stars but one taken away for the person lying and one taken away for taking so long to pick up after they have proof so now I am only giving one star cause they are saying that my cameras are lying Rita said the service manager said he reviewed there's and they were here I wish you can post videos or pictures to show that there are lying when my payments done in January I will not pay for your services again even though it's a 12 month contract you guys are lying and god does see all

I would rate this service at a half star if possible. Trash doesn't get picked up, you call them and all you get is the run around, "I'll have to contact the man who takes care that". I know where ProStar is and it's about 50 feet from one building to another. DON'T CALL THEM, get off your Arse and walk over there. They've worked their game with the county and put every independent out of business. The man who runs this business should go find something else to do because he can't run a business.

Two stars because they picked up our trash. One star for the hassle they make you go through because of their "contract". We moved to another house and now we have to send them a certified letter with proof that we moved to an area that they don't cover.

About two years ago we moved to an area and wan s to change trash service. They would not let us cancel until a certain month. Because of the contract that we never saw because we signed up over the phone.

They are a trash business that picks up trash. Won't use them again unless of course they are the only service in the area.

Been with ProStar many years. Always did well, until the merger. Then it was a rocky road for 4-5 months. Was tempted to go with a competitor, who was $3 per month cheaper, but they've finally gotten back on schedule. Have always received a return call. Every company can experience hick-ups, but glad they've gotten straightened out. Plan on continuing service with them, they are reputable, have been many years.

Been with them for years, they matched competitors price, anything extra and they picked it up. Just call them and they will help you out.

I am a new customer and have had nothing but excellent service from the start. So far the trash pickup services is always on time. Amanda in the office is amazing. Her quick and professional response to all of my requests, and account setup has been such a pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend Pro Star Waste in Goodrich for your household trash pickup!!

If only half a star was available. This has to be the worst company ever. Our trash is always overflowing because they fail to do the service that i pay them for. Almost every week they dont pick up on the scheduled day. If there is another trash company use them because these people can't do their job. Wish i different company would open I would actually pay more for good service then pay Nostar waste

I understand we all can encounter problems from time to time. I have experienced both good service with pro star waste & a little disappointing. I might add when I was displeased with my services at pro star I did receive a returned call and my situation was handled. As part of being a human I will give the benefit of the doubt at all times that merging with another company things needed time and they needed their customers to understand. Being the loyal customer that I am I tried to see the light at the end of the tunnel, the ladies handling the phones it's not their fault they aren't the ones picking up the trash. There are two very dedicated ladies that are or were employees of this company back in December when I did encounter a few unhappy moments.... One was Carrie & the other ladies name was Vernie these ladies were understand and professional with me. Now my trash is always on time. And if I ever do have an issue I will most certainly give either of these ladies a call. They showed me that they cared and really seemed to enjoy working with their customers. I'm not sure if maybe they are upper management or just a secretary but rest assured they showed great customer service to my household and I'm thankful.

Service is not consistent. My trash is to be picked up on Wednesday. It is now Saturday and it has still not been picked up. There is no where to put trash bags now that the can is full. They do not allow extra bags by the can itself. There are other companies who charge the same amount. But have a two day weekly pickup. This company only has one day a week, and with 5 people in our household we barely make it to the pick up day. Each time I've called about the missed pickup I get the same story, that it will be picked up the following day. Customer service is not helpful or remorseful.

Terrible service! I have to call almost every week to see why my trash hasn't been picked up. Day 3 and my trash is still sitting out at the street. Cancelling my service now. Do not use!

Constantly have to call because they forgot to pickup our trash. Different excuse everytime, new driver, going different route...avoid this company.

A week to get the cans, then a week to pickup? At least that's what I was told. But I'm still waiting. My money was collected quickly though. No better than Santek so far. Maybe I'll start another company this time in sanitation for this area. They all suck!

Totally awful. Lately 2 days late on pick up. Called everyday since pick up day on Thursday. Excuses! Need to hire more drivers.... now! They call for payment is 2 days late but can't pick up trash on time. Time to find new trash company.

After hearing from a neighbor how great the service was I contacted the office to set up service the same day. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful, really go out of there way. The guy that brought my cart was just as great. Pro Star has been picking up my trash for several months now and everything has been great.

I call Monday to see if they would be picking up the trash and they said yes and I called Wednesday and they said can we please wait till tomorrow. I wish I would have said no they have been so bad I told my Dad to please try that LT garbage service. I'll probably change it myself..Ever body else has....

Trouble from the start! The first week we were with them they didn't pick up my garbage, it took them a month to finally come pick up and that was with me calling daily. Now they are doing it again. Do no go with them, I am changing my service.

We have had Prostar over 2 years. Dependable service. Always pick us up in time. And any time there's a delay they notify us with a phone call. We are highly satisfied with Prostar Waste!! Highly recommend!!

Vary sorry service. Shows up days late or not at all. When you complain they tell you they will give you a credit but that never happens. Just waiting for contract to end so I can drop them.

Since November of 2015 to this day ,they have stopped picking up the garbage every week . They will not give a credit when they don't pick up garbage either. They have become a pain in my backside. Wish I could find someone else with garbage service in my area cause I would use them instead. Prostar is awlful !!!

I have used Pro Star Waste for two years now and the office ladies Rita and Casey in my opinion go above and beyond to take care of their customers. From the guys in the field to the ones in the office, keep up the amazing work you do to keep everything running smoothly. You all deserve a five star rating in my opinion. Thanks guys for always taking care of us.

My mom has paid and this is the second month and they still haven't picked up her trash very poor service and she going to get her money back cause I'll just do her trash for now on

Pro Star has always been dependable with our service. My experience with the people in the office has been great. They are very helpful. I highly recommend them for your trash service.

Very helpful. We needed fast service and got it ffrom them. Everyone else said next week and ProStar was there the same afternoon. Less expensive than the others as well. The drivers who delivered and picked up were professional and helpful as well. The next time we need the product, we will definately call them. Have them saved to my phone directory. Keep up the great work!

They pick our dumpster up every week on same day without ever missing

Their service sucks!!!!! Pick-up is not on scheduled day it is whenever. I can call every day and the excuse is different every day. I can get cheaper and better service with Mustang.

Loved the service when I got it, but now they will go without picking up and we call they say they will pick up every day we call but they never do. Then we have overflowing garbage and say give us another can if you can't pick it up and they say it will be 40 dollars more for gas and mileage. Joke of a garbage company.

Their service is so erratic, you might get pick up one week but the following week, nothing. Since the beginning of 2016 we have called so many times because of missed pickups. We will not renew our contract.

Have been a customer for 3 weeks and have not had cans picked up yet. Call everyday and get the same story about trucks being backed up. Didn't take but a minute to deduct funds from my account. Place is a joke

I have complained several times about the lack of service and the last time that I called I talked to a Mr Ryan who said that he was from Corporate and was investigating the numerous complaints and that he was in the process of re-organizing and that he had let some employees go and that things would be much better. Big deal, my garbage was not picked up as scheduled again and I am discontinuing my service as of the last day of July in which my account is paid up to.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Do we pay slightly more than the competitor? Yes but I m a big believer in you get what you pay for. We have received nothing but exceptional service from the office staff to the drivers. Thank you ProStar for always going above and beyond to accommodate us.

customer service is awful.. they want to do nothing but fight with you when your trash is not picked up. i am cancelling my service.. do not use...

We have had minor problems with Pro Star for the past 11 years. UNTIL NOW! started two weeks ago, I was told they had no way to contact the driver, who was new? What in this day and age. We had no pick up on our Friday service, I was told they work until night. Called Monday, Their system was down and could not communicate, the lady that answered the phone said? Wed. a truck came out and picked up the whole garbage can and gave us a new one..Now it is Friday again and the same story is being told. They have a captive audience and they know it. I am checking into the local people that hall your stuff to the dump. Pro Star likes to charge us, but do not like to credit us. Several years ago, they raised the rates because of the high gas prices, well the prices are way down now, but the prices keep going up. The people are nice, but nasty garbage is not.

Worst service I ve ever seen. Missed pickups and when you call, they blame you for the missed pickup. Your scheduled date doesn t matter they come when they feel like it. I wouldn t be calling constantly if you did what you were paid to do. I have better things to do. Your drivers are lying to you. Look at your google review, it speaks for itself.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Our trash hasn't been picked up regularly since December now. I've been accused of not putting the can out! Well my trash day is Thursday its now Saturday haven't seen a ProStar soul! They started crediting my account for all the troubles. But now they tell me they can no longer do this. Yeah because my services would become FREE! Its very upsetting they are the only service available and STINK!!!! To focused on that new building. Won't do you know good when everyone cancels with y'all for good!

Absolutely horrible. It has been a nightmare since I started with them. They don't pick up or half pick up they won't issue credit for it and the customer service is horrible. Stay far away as soon as what I already paid for ends I am switching companies.

I will give this company the benefit of the doubt because I know things happen.However I do not like being lied to.My trash has not been picked up for two weeks so the can is as full as can be.i called the company and they said to put the extra trash in bags and set it beside the can.Well I hate to say this but with all the stray animals that walk down mu street I would have a mess in front of my house.After this three months is up i am thinking g maybe I should bring it to the local dump...I'm hopeful service will get better.

If I could I would give a 0 star rating it has been almost a month since they have done their job and I've only had services for less than 2 months nothing but broken promises from their staff

We have had Pro Star Waste service for 5 years (prior to new ownership) and have had very good service for our dumpster needs. There was a bit of an adjustment under the new owners, but we can rely on them for twice weekly service of our 16 dumpsters and call ins for roll-off dumpsters as well.

The service was very rocky to say the least for a few months. It's normally like that when a company is bought out. I had to call numerous times but I stuck with them because i have been with them for years. I got a post card from another company who was offering a cheaper rate and I still gave them a chance to correct the issues. I'm a very happy customer now. and I'm glad they've gotten their act together. The new management must be doing a great job. The ladies in the office have even tried to do their best any time I've called. Keep up the good work Pro Star!

Great service, nice employees, no issues picking up my trash. I have been a customer for 5+ years. I love the app that is available now to remind me about my trash day.

This company actually deserves ZERO STARS, they should give me 5 stars for dealing with them. Since the very START of my contract with them they have provided excuse after excuse and have yet to provide reliable service. I have heard everything from they had a new driver who couldn't find my house to they are short drivers. They always promise they will send someone out that day to pick up the trash and they ALWAYS FAIL to do so. I have to call multiple times over and over to hear the same crap. I have even spoken with the GM Brian who gave me 3 free months of service... That would be a great deal, if only they actually planned on providing service. What it seems to me is that they will promise you anything, make excuses for everything, and blow you off because they seem to think they are the only trash service around. Thanks guys, if I can't depend on you to pick up my trash, then you shouldn't depend on my money when you try to collect that.
