The service was very rocky to say the least for a few months. It's normally like that when a company is bought out. I had to call numerous times but I stuck with them because i have been with them for years. I got a post card from another company who was offering a cheaper rate and I still gave them a chance to correct the issues. I'm a very happy customer now. and I'm glad they've gotten their act together. The new management must be doing a great job. The ladies in the office have even tried to do their best any time I've called. Keep up the good work Pro Star!
