I wish I could say that I have had a great interaction with them so far, but unfortunately I have not. I sent in an online inquiry and I got an email back from a Sales Rep (Name not Important). I immediately emailed him back letting him know exactly what I was looking for, but did not get a reply the rest of the day.
The next morning I emailed him, waited several hours, but heard nothing. So when I was not busy at work, I picked up the phone and called. I was informed that this Sales Rep was out of the office on his Day Off, and that they would have his counter part give me a call. Unfortunately I heard nothing.
So I called back today and spoke with someone who seemingly wanted to help me. He said he would work on putting together a package deal for us and get back to me with a text and email very soon. Its not the end of the day and I have heard nothing.
I would love the opportunity to be proven wrong and that this is just a unfortunate mishap. Lets see If I ever hear from them.
