I travel to Honduras all of the time for work. I've always stayed at the Hilton and it's always been more of a place where the workers know you and always treat you like family, plus the food is amazing. They did open the Hyatt next door but I do not feel it will offer as much of a family environment. The back of the hotel is beautiful and the pool is very nice. Also the gym is nice as well with treadmills overlooking the pool. I have always been a Hilton guy and this hotel does not fail to provide everything I look for when I'm away from my home.

I liked the room, the corridors of the executive floor smelled a bit of cigarettes, I was uncomfortable, the room a bit wide, I did not receive my snacks for the hour which is only from 5 to 8pm according to what they told me at reception.

Good Morning,

Good Morning,
Last October 25, when I was staying at the Hilton Princess Hotel in San Pedro Sula (Honduras), I suffered an indisposition that could have cost me my life.

Special thanks to the ladies at reception, who were at all times helping me in this trance, showing an enormous professionalism.
I will be eternally grateful.
A strong hug.

Very nice hotel ... its facilities with all biosafety measures, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff ... I did not like the cleaning staff because I had a problem with cleaning the room

This place was such a surprise! I'm a flight attendant. I had an unexpected layover in SAP and was assigned to this hotel. They treat us so well! Dinner and drinks were truly fantastic and the service was wonderful. Lesbia was the name of our server, I think. She was charming and patient! My crew mates had the ceviche and both agreed it was delicioso! And that swimming pool area! Gorgeous in both daylight and starlight! Stunning. The architecture of the hotel brings to mind those buildings I've enjoyed on my European layovers. From the pool, looking up at the tall palm trees against the facade of the Hilton, I felt totally transported and relaxed! I'll be looking for that layover again! Thanks!

Good hotel, nice and in a good area. Breakfast is very good as well as the pool. As against saying that it is somewhat outdated and that there is a side street, where some rooms are given, which is quite noisy.

Good and comfortable facilities (some of them in remodeling) yes well the reception staff makes the experience mediocre.
In one of my visits they lied to me about the orientation of the room and in another of them they gave me a room at the end of the corridor located on industrial extractors in continuous operation claiming that they had no other available (impossible there is no check out in all day).
Varied and quality breakfast, with attentive and friendly staff.

Unfortunately I expected more because it is a Hilton Hotel, However the bar on the first floor had a very strong smell of dust or like an old place which caused me allergies, the second floor where I had my assigned room same the hallway smell was weird not sure if it is cigar or dirt (Even though it is a non smoking floor). In addition our most critical situation was when my co-workers and I had an skype meeting which we asked at lobby if we could use the business meeting which we saw it was empty, at first they said they had another meeting but that was 4 hours later and we needed it just for two hours so they call Yolanda Guillen and she said if we wanted it it will be double the cost that they have said previously. In other words she prefer to loose the customer and leave the meeting room empty. I would not recommend this hotel for business trips, and in my future visits with my team of Philips and AOC, I will not stay here.
