I am Vasile Mitroi and I purchased for my Manager a Volvo XC90AWD / R DESIGN at the price 354 044.14 lei, leasing Raiffeisen.
After only 9900 km the hose from INTERCOOLER was broken. Arriving at the service yesterday on 22.08.2016 at 10:30 after approximately 4 hours of waiting, Mr. Bortoi informed me that the respective hose does not have it in stock, neither in Bucharest nor in the country and must wait 3 days for the piece. Which is why we asked him to provide us with any type of car for that period. The answer was NEGATIVE. Moreover, my Manager called S.V. sales representative Primus Auto, the Otopeni bridge and asked him to offer any Volvo "rake" even with "3 cylinders". The dance unfortunately made an effort with the same result, namely NEGATIVE.

Be carefulyl when you leave the car to get photos, you may have the nasty surprise to get scratches, or other hidden defects. Check if seats, steer wheel are protected before servicing! Volvo does not involve to much on the disputes regarding servicing and warranty, even is their own brand and fame, reputation.

One of the largest VOLVO cars dealership in Romania, this place is just as a premium car showrooms should look like: modern interior design, a free coffee bar, large windows to observe the repair bays directly, free parking for clients and, being an electric car promoter Volvo ofers free charging from the AC stations. The quality of the repairs (at least foe the body work and painting) is top notch. Overall, 4 stars for not returning the hybrid cars fully charged to the customers after a 3 day repair visit in the shop.

It is a service in high level. We were on the trip trough Romania and our Volvo notice low oil level. When we arrived thay was so pleasent and helpful. Imediately they checked our sistem, refill oil and on the final they offered gratis washing the car. Price for services was not so high. My regards for all employers in the service, slecialy for the cheef!

The quality-price ratio is ok, compared to other services in Bucharest that burn you for money and don't even solve your problems.
