Almost to make the boy miss for a car, when he saw the counselor he wants to take, he announced that for Monday it is expensive with 200 , he being at them on Saturday, although the following week on TV was advertising for the same prices! Typical Romanian! Normal gave up to buy more. That's how customers are attracted, right?

I tried every day for days at different time intervals to contact them by phone and no one answers no matter how much you insist. When finally after days of trying someone answered my phone, I said I was interested in an offer for a Renault Captur and to schedule a test drive. I was told that someone would call me back immediately to discuss details. When after another 3 days no one had called me, I tried to contact them again. After a few more good minutes (if not an hour) of calling someone on the phone I was told again that they would contact me. I then insisted that I be contacted by someone because I had already been waiting for 3 days and no one had called me. Eventually someone called me back an hour later. The lady in question seemed extremely hurried, if not really annoyed, and told me that she would give me the offer by e-mail and if I wanted to talk I would reply to her there. I asked if he could give me a custom offer for my configuration if I gave him the configuration code on the site. At all the other Renault dealerships I tried this was possible, they were even glad that I had the configuration already done. Here I was refused and I was told not to talk on the phone, to ask by email what I have to ask. I was then sent an email offer for another version of Captur than the one I requested. I responded to the email asking for a personalized offer for my configurations. As expected after the whole interaction with them, 3 weeks have already passed and I still haven't received an answer (I've been waiting since August 3).

In conclusion, AVOID !!! I'm sorry for the time lost and nerves accumulated. I will address any other Renault representative office where the service of a potential customer is not refused, where the dealers would be willing to make me an offer and would not behave as if I were bothering them or would do me a personal favor by the fact that he has a telephone conversation of less than a minute about a possible acquisition.

On the service side you have to be at least naive to go to them - 360 lei labor hours, a 2100 lei distribution exchange with my parts! This is because in the rest of the Renault representatives the work time is 120 lei in 3 of them (3 times the price !!!), and in another 2 almost 160 VAT included, all these prices for the parts brought by me. You make the difference, we are talking about representatives with the same profile, not Gigi from the block. Not to mention that for a test clip the wife was offered the price of 360 lei, and to me the 85 lei (the correct price), so great attention! Even if it would provide flawless services I would not understand the price difference but as the reviews show, this is far from it. Probably dealing with insurance and pessimists, otherwise I can not explain.

I talked to Commercial Counselor Robert CSIKI for a buy-back to a car. He confirmed that he could deal with my problem as soon as he had finished with the client who had come before me and asked me to wait. The thing that seemed normal to me.
After 20-25 mins expected, I watched him with another newcomer. Then I asked him again when we could talk and he responded with an aggressive and disturbing tone that he was with another client now and that in fact he did not even deal with my problem and come another time. That's when he first confirmed he could handle it and asked me to wait.
After that he turned my back and left without even saying hello

First of all on the documents side, it is a continuous dizziness. You are presented with certain numbers, other numbers are printed. I discussed, for example, a loan on the amount of X, when the documents came out of print, it was about X + 100 RON monthly rate.

There is a lot of emphasis on buying scrap ticket from them instead of giving you your scrap for scrapping. It should be mentioned that if you opt for the ticket through your scrap, they will refuse to facilitate you in the process of destruction and erasure.

The initial discounts will then be "threatened" on all sorts of excuses. It was about us that we had an appointment for deregistration in 1 week and we were losing a discount and the file had to be resumed, etc. Things that are not presented until after you hand over the car to the scrap yard and pay the down payment. Until then, everything is milk and honey ... practically until they have you on hand and they are sure that you will buy from them. Then the "threats" like this begin.

Pay close attention to the bonuses discussed, because they will be forgotten. They will be promised on the day of handing over, but they will be late ... they will be forgotten despite their insistence. For example, I received the discussed bonus, namely winter tires, with a lot of torment ... I was promised Pirelli, I received Sebring on an unapproved size. I finally managed to change them.

They were also careless with the deadline. It's true, they were only a few days late, but considering that the whole process was difficult and I always had the feeling that he was trying to fool me and gain something from the transaction with me, it's a bit sad.

I just add the fact that there are hidden costs throughout the acquisition process. At least dubious calculation schemes, understood only by them ... You agree on an amount, in the end there are hundreds of good euros to give besides this. You are added all kinds of taxes not presented at the beginning and other obligations.

Attitude of samsari not of representation. I would not recommend anyone to buy a Renault car from them ... in vain they are a great representative if they are careless.
