While it is expensive as hell, the guys, as far as u went there, are really pros. Their service timings are not accurate, and that is the only complaint I gave, besides the prices.

Given its the only Volvo dealer around, it's a great choice if you want to buy one :). Having said that, they offer full service with very a professional team, really no complaints so far.

Think twice before going to the office. You are also charged for the air you breathe there. I was charged because she went out with the car in the 100 lei test without doing anything to her. Choose the VOLVO Dedicated Service BUT NOT REPRESENTATIVELY.

I own a volvo xc60 from 2010 taken at Primus Auto, today I wanted to order a part from them giving them the part number and they informed me that it is not possible. I have to pay for the diagnosis and then reprogram the car to get me to pick up the part. So I have to make 2 roads to Primus and I have to pay a diagnosis to buy a piece!

I was on a weekend test drive at Primus Auto. Aside from the Volvo brand and product quality (by the way: the new XC60 rocks!), I was impressed by those who work there and with whom I have been interacting!

Volvo Dealer, sales guys should be a bit more "user friendly" though.

Qualified staff (mechanics, electricians, not painters who have taken on mechanics like other Volvo services), about a lot of workmanship, but OK

A Transylvanian passing through Bucharest, with the battery on the road, even after 7 days is waiting for a phone call (answer) regarding the availability of a Volvo battery :)

kind of nose up these guys. if you don't buy a car from them and you have to work at the service they tell you that they come in 5 minutes and they pass 20 ...
