Unfortunately in the last period something happened and the services offered were degraded. Sorry for the guys at the front desk who are nice and trying to help but those in the service do what they want, how they want, when they want. The problem that everywhere is the lack of qualified personnel and the huge commercial addition practiced. The workmanship cannot have the same value as the changed piece or even more.
For deletion change of 130 lei, the work 100 lei should be a bank, but unfortunately this is required.

Renault Clio IV overhaul. (0.9 tce, 75 hp) (24,000 km), Oil, filters + brake pads. (1322 lei).
The same overhaul in Suceava at Renault costs 850 lei.

I do not dispute the quality of the services because I simply do not know and I want to believe that everyone does their job conscientiously. I didn't sit on the technician's head, nor could I because the workroom is separated by a glass wall from the waiting room. My dissatisfaction is strictly related to the price which is "insensitive" to pepper, only for the fact that the car is under warranty, it is normal to make regular inspections. Change the oil, oil filter and pollen filter, in my case. Not even the extra fuel. The initial telephone offer, and so very big, was finally exceeded, after a whole "ballet" of words through which it was shown to me that I would be given a discount on the labor component and putting under my nose some figures that , from my point of view, are not comparable. Eternal trick: the figure without VAT and with VAT. We pretend to negotiate by omitting to say that everything is discussed in terms without VAT. As if any individual in Romania deducts VAT, like any LLC that receives a service to sell it further integrated or not in its own product, and therefore is fixedly interested in how much is the price without VAT and not of the full price he has to pay. Mi-e sila, sila, sila. I am extremely disappointed that in 2018 there are still practices from the 1990s. And I am upset that I was deceived in such a childish way. But I just didn't want to think I was trapped. However, it did happen. I could make a fuss but I don't have the strength to mess with tricks everywhere. I'm tired. In the next revisions I will definitely choose another service.

Unfortunately the services have really deteriorated, I left the Scenic 3 car, in service for overhaul at 195000 km, change filters + oil.
In the first phase they were not able to offer me a price for the reason .... it depends what we find in the car, I said ok.
The next day I was called and they told me it cost me 1350 Ron.
Honestly I was surprised ... I asked if they found any other defects ... they told me that this is the price for the review.
It seemed to me a lot and I made the decision to remove the car from service and pay only the 114 ron ramp.
What I found strange is that they didn't know from the beginning to tell me an estimated price for an oil change + filters.
I should mention the fact that the distribution was done by them and I paid 2000 ron, when I mentioned this aspect to the employee from the service (sorry, I did not retain his name), his answer was ... Yes but between 2000 rum and 1350 rum is a difference though.
It sounded like you saw ladies doing me a favor.
Honestly, I was disappointed, and I made the decision to only attend this service.

Oficial service for the Renault group, they believe they are in an other country... They charge very high. I can understand the prize of the pieses but the 18 euros/hour it seems to me very high for Romania. Also I dont believe the people working on the car have more than 2500 Lei net salary. Another minus is they don't have stock and for something more complicated you have to wait 2-3 days, without offering you a substitute car for this time.

Very pricey. Very very expensive. Got my yearly check done and it cost me an arm and a leg, with every part (like oil, filters) double charged as the value from normal market. Also the hours they billed me was double (6h instead of 3h -i was waiting there with them).
Try to bring your own replacement parts. These guys are unscrupulous! Dirty cheats!

Hard to reach location without a car. Large showroom. Few sellers. Around the location you can do a reasonable test drive, there are free paved roads that you can go with relatively high speed, but also dirt roads with big holes.

Go with the key to the broken car, I used the second key from the car to reach them, I tell them the reason that one of the keys is broken the other is good and works; and they answer that the key must be put to the Tester :) ...... when with one of the keys it starts and with the other it is not, it is very probable that that key will be broken. The story goes: both keys must be put on the tester and the chip reset :)! One is good, new and it works !!!!! Why does it still need to be reset?!?!
