A lot of hassle about a last minute canceled vacation. Bad service to the customer. Refund of the trip went well and quickly.
Addition due to quick response from Prijsvrij: respond quickly and adequately to my review, but all emails with questions about the booked trip have only been answered many weeks later or not at all. I suspect that some emails have been deliberately not answered. Taking into account the Covid-19 problems, we do not find that acceptable.
