My experience with jayco on Saturday was far from pleasant. I went to see the boys in the accessories department. My intentions were to walk out of there with a set ot solar panels, solar control unit, two batteries, battery charge management unit, inverter hot water system and all the wiring to go with everything.

But that's where it all ended. Two guys standing behind the counter, a young man and an elderly gentleman. There was a couple of people before me so I just strolled through the shop a bit. The rest of the people were served and it was my turn, I was waiting for someone to come and ask if I needed a hand, but nobody made the effort. I walked up to the counter the shop assistants both looked like they were carrying the whole world on the shoulders and couldn't wait to get out of there.

I had just purchased a jayco Swan and wanted to asked them a couple of questions about the electrical side of the van. They were just standing there with a dumb look on there faces absolutely no knowledge of anything. Next question was if they could give me a hand on the items I was going to purchase and again both looked at me like I was asking for one of there kidneys.
Their response for every question was pretty much along the lines of "sorry can't help you with that" or "I don't know anything about that"

It's really sad that you walk in to the biggest caravan dealership/manufacturers store in Geelong and get absolutely no help from their staff what so ever. It's a jayco store and I was looking for add ons to go onto a jayco product and not one person in the shop knew anything.
It's no wonder everything is closing down in this town.
The customer service is rubbish and extremely disappointing. I will not be returning and making sure all my van buddies know about it.

Came in for some curtains hooks, being Sunday was the only place open. Tried to call before we arrived no answer and we had to detour 30 mins off route to find they had ran out!

Thursday 31 October took my Conquest motorhome there because on top of slide out, a few of the screw heads on the outside were just falling off, spoke to Ingrid who spoke to the guys in service, they had a look at it and were good enough to squeeze me in and replace the broken screws. So a big thank you to those who helped.

We had our caravan serviced recently with Jayco and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The staff are excellent and the service thorough.

Not happy with their outsourced work and quality control

Just bought our fourth and most spectacular Jayco. Love everything about it. Prestige Jayco sales and service without fault. Very willing to offer assistance and advice. Had a problem with the van wifi and it was changed over immediately. Thanks to all at Prestige Great team.

Very poor service .placed an order for some outdoor speakers. Took some 10 weeks to arrive .with a few calls from me to follow up
Get a call to say they are in. Drive to pick up .only to find the wrong size

Couldn't get it any cheaper in the parts store, what happened to the good old days of bartering ,,

Not the best experience regarding a maintenance/service I've ever had. Return with damage done to my van during the service, found the staff to be dismissive and non apologic.

Did not want to know me, not very helpfull had to extract info from the service man.

A pleasant enough experience with sales staff. A very unpleasant experience with service. Not sure if it was because I'm female purchasing on my own, buying second hand or the guys were just having a bad day ( a couple of times!). Customer service, very poor. Dismissive to customers in store, (if they see you at all) communication between shop staff and maintenance staff poor. I will definitely NOT be purchasing from Jayco Geelong when I upgrade in a few years, or Jayco anywhere for that matter.

Didn't have what I wanted but still a good place for caravaners

I love visiting the Prestige Jayco yard. Always a good amount of quality used vans as well as the one's i dream of owning one day. Tony and his team are incredibly helpful and I highly recommend paying them a visit if looking for a caravan.

My wife and I are very happy with our Jayco camper. We are also very happy with the service we get from Prestige. Geelong.

Small but important water problem fixed while on our travels. Called, came straight in & the issue was resolved promptly. Thanks John, Ingrid & Emma.

In a word. Quality. New and used caravans & rv's. Very fair prices & happy,friendly service.

Great product, but didn't have any service while we were looking and most campers and caravans don't have a price on them.

Can't do enough while your buying the van after that could not care less. No concept of what a detail clean is. Service department is a joke guys in there have no clue. We had a wheel come off after only a month and it took 2 days to contact them.

Pre-delivery and handover were excellent. Peter went over every part of the van with us. Office staff were very efficient.
Minor issues were noted for follow up at first service.
All round a very pleasant experience.

I noticed that your more competitive with your prices. In Geelong you have a reputation for being expensive. Maybe were expensive. I'll be back.

Wonderfull sales service, but you only know how good your dealer is when there are issues, we had some problems with our new van, however at no time did I feel they were or are ignoring these instead have addressed all that could be solved and worked with me to remedy another going above and beyond, I am very aware that problems will arise with all mechanical equipment from time to time and feel confident of this dealers continued support.

The only caravan place around where you can buy your caravan accessories

Not happy... we were told that the accessories department was open 10am until 4pm on Sundays.... made a special trip on my day off to purchase an awning for our little DOVE (kitchen side) and a gas hose for the outside Webber BBQing
So we'll maybe find another supplier

I purchased a 2017 Jayco Starcraft from Jayco Geelong early March 2020
Jamie the salesman approach was fantastic, we was very relaxed and knowable about all vans on site, there was no pressure just a relaxed conversation and detailed roll out of the van, negotiations was a pleasure to do, we spoke about price and had the price confirmed in 10 mins, no hassles no trying to increase price with sneaky sales pitches, it was a pleasure , Thank you Jamie.
Time to pick up our van and the pre delivery was fun and enjoyable, the detail that went into showing us exactly how all items on the work works was perfect.
When we got our van home we opened the fridge and noticed a strange smell, Rang John from warranties and he said bring the van back so they can investigate, no question no hassles, van went back to find the source of the smell, while it was there a part in the fridge was found to be defective, Jayco rang and told me my van will take a bit longer as they have found another problem and will take a little time for the part to arrive.
Part arrived was fitted to our fridge smell was gone and no charge.
We brought the van home and after about a week we noticed water marks on the pelments, Rang John again and he asked if i could take a few photos, after sending the photos John rang and said bring the van so they would re-seal both side of the van, no hesitation.
I took the van back they re-sealed the van removed stains from pelments rang me to pick the van up.
My experience with Jayco Geelong has been exceptional, from the sale to warranty they have never once tried to get out of fixing my issues, they respond by saying when can you bring it back.
5 Stars from me, i reccomend Jayco Geelong and all their team to every one,
