Great party's but the customer service is really bad

Ordered 2 items of clothing that turned out to be too small. Ordered a size larger, these turned out to be the same size as the size smaller that I already had. So both parcels returned. I should have got my money back within 3 working days ... We are now 12 days further and I still have not received any money. Mailing, calling, contacting via Instagram and filling out the contact form on store.q-dance.com is of no avail, I don't get a response anywhere.
