Very, very bad. Poor service, poor accessibility, poor website.
Nothing works, everything has to be adjusted via Premiums, and they don't respond to anything. Mails are not answered, they are allegedly not received or overlooked.

I am convinced that the positive reviews are from their own hands, or acquaintances, friends, employees.

They promise golden mountains, and once the bill is paid, they no longer give home.

I paid a lot of money for a non-working site. The site cannot be modified. Looks incredibly clumsy and items run together.

After long deliberations I had a website made and I really do not regret it! The design and subsequent advice they gave me on how the website would be easy to use was really nice. After the initial design I was able to let my ideas go and things were immediately taken up.

After I agreed with everything I provided information for the lyrics. After some email about the exact content, the site was finally online.

It is now completely the way I want and I am very happy !!

I have a massage parlor and, at the insistence of a friend in the same industry, I have taken a website at premiums, since she was so satisfied. Unfortunately I experienced a fairly stiff start. Called last week. Already online with my website. It can go that fast. Been there in the office. It is a large production house with many people. You don't see that on the phone.

Conversation as very pleasant experience. Designer had good ideas. Got a clear idea of where he wanted to go. Now some adjustments later, the site is already ready. Faster than I thought. You don't actually see them that cheap anywhere.

4000 websites that all look the same, treat people badly, poor service and the websites are often stolen.

I'm not one to write a negative review anytime soon, but what an abominably bad 'company' this is. Unfortunately, a client of mine initially started working with these 'gentlemen', but eventually decided against developing and hosting a website. They do not accept cancellations from customers with this worthless place. My client, as a layman, has simply been cheated by paying for a website and hosting services that have not been delivered and even now after two years they still have the guts to keep sending invoices. These people don't know what the word ethics means.

I ordered webdesign services with content as well. They refused to write content and gave very basic webdesign. I asked to stop their services, they refused that as well. You have to start a lawsuit to force to stop their services.

Also very bad experiences with this company. Are very aggressive after their money, you are called every day and bothered. They want to have already paid 50% for delivery and then the so-called delivery follows at a rapid pace, so that they can immediately claim the other 50% and then again exactly the same. Calling, e-mailing and nagging about the money every day, while in my opinion there was no question of delivery. Not recommended, don't fall for it !!!! They have delivered non-performance and are not meeting the agreements. They supposedly do Google optimization every month to make it easier to find !!! They do nothing, only send invoices. It seems cheap, but unfortunately cheap is expensive here too !!! SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad company, no structure, you can wait weeks for an answer, every time someone on the phone, so your story can start again ... and when I wanted to solve all this, several men literally abused and thrown out ... neighbors have seen it. And there is now a case against their ... at AT5 story also made, will be on TV asap.

I was looking for a company to built me a website. I was told about Premiums.mobi by a friend and decided to give our cooperation a try. Together we worked on a concept, where their experience came to excellent use. Communication has always been very good and the process of building my website went smooth and extremely quick. Today I can still count on Premiums.mobi to maintain and update my website to my wishes.

Another ridiculously bad experience with Premiums. My widget is out and my customers can't book and it's just a matter of cutting and pasting. After an urgent email and two phone calls, I am casually told that it cannot be done now and that I have to wait until Monday. Simply outrageous.

Worthless company. Reading the reviews, I am not the only one with a hugely bad experience with this company. Very out of place arrogant employees with lots of chats but no decent appointment.

After staggering for over a year, I pulled the plug. They don't want to give the money back and they can keep it. I'm completely done with it !!

Completely satisfied with my site !! We are completely satisfied with the direct contact about the mail and the optimization of findability. You will receive a neat report. The specialist came up with the idea to make a nice piece of storytelling from the About us page. We then sent them our press kit. That boring about our page has become very cool!

Finally, finally get rid of this party. Just received confirmation that the agreement has finally been canceled, after repeatedly insisting with the company.

What an in and in bad experience with this company.
I have now had my website developed elsewhere, to my complete satisfaction.

In short a summary of how it went:

- proposal was ready quickly, looked nice. But then, I kept on reporting corrections to the work already done. (which took a long time) I sent word documents with screenshots where everything was explained very clearly (while they just have a design proposal from their designer!) I spent a lot of hours on work that I had outsourced!
- That was answered after a few weeks, but again not done correctly / correctly by the builder, sigh!
- The communication was at the most positive, non-communication. One person shifts it to the other, you are not allowed to call your account manager, it was said. Only written contact .. ridiculous!
- My second account manager was removed from her position, I was told after I had complained about the communication. She started doing other things within the company. So then I got the 3rd account manager ... who didn't bother. unfortunately.
- I believe that the employees in this company are not happy going to work, because they do get a lot of criticism from dissatisfied customers, if I read it like that in the reviews.
- Oh yes, I also introduced my wife as a client .. you guessed it ... paid a lot of money .. and .. ALSO no website ... I regret that I introduced her as a client.
- anyway, I can write a WHOLE BOOK more, but I am SO glad I am rid of it !! So, I leave it at this ..

I say ... premiums websites ==> NO GO!

Very satisfied with the great cooperation, creating something beautiful within a short time, which I never managed to realize on my own. Everything went smoothly, I am busy setting up another company, and if everything is on its feet I will definitely come by again.

BEWARE OF THIS MALAFID ORGANIZATION !!! I don't understand how they are still standing! This so-called company is not worth a star!

They call you with all kinds of beautiful promises, but nothing is further from the truth !!! They can't even build a normal decent webshop. Even with clear instructions / input they fail to make a solid website / shop. They are very deliberately looking for digital and start-up entrepreneurs. . After my contract almost expired they started working on it last month !! And that's why I had to hire someone else who had nothing to do with their company to work on my site! Which they should actually make for me !! That is bizarre and crazy!

Their program is so slow, not user-friendly at all and nobody gets any wiser. It took me so much time, energy and money! Emailed numerous times, to which hardly any response was given and calling was of little use! And on trustpilot they immediately removed negative reactions. To which I was subsequently asked to remove all negative reactions on the internet. Then they would work on it !!! Isn't that just abusing people ??? In addition to a webshop, I had also made a logo for them at the same time. And that was also just drama. I don't understand that if you are a visual designer you grab existing logos from the internet and put my name underneath. And then show it to me ?? Then you are a scammer !! ???

Unfortunately I hadn't charged them or filed a police report at the time because I definitely should have. And have also heard from others who have started a lawsuit against this rogue organization. And hope "Premiums" loses all lawsuits. This type of rig should not run a business. So please don't let people seduce you with their beautiful talk !!

Conversation with the designer went well. Friendly man. My original idea turned out to be wrong. But for that you go to the specialist.

After two weeks, the webshop could already be launched. The first orders have already been received. Great price for what you get.

Premiums Websites has been able to do more for Huize Hebe than we expected! It was all new to us at the time and we have been professionally helped! The website is designed to our own taste and can always be adapted in between!

So fed up with those guys! 1500 euros lost. Copy paste websites. Just send another invoice for managing my site while there is nothing to manage. They do nothing! Send the same questions and emails back. Wasted effort and money away! Not be able to receive 1 customer via the website in a year. Blunt idiots that send you from box to wall. I don't understand that this company still exists. DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

in the beginning it was very rough, fortunately well picked up by an employee, who had done a lot for my site within two weeks,
in the meantime satisfied with the site, and assume that we can continue a good cooperation.

Always quick response and adjustments. Good communication.

Okay, I don't know. The very mixed reactions here are all correct in principle. To start from the beginning:

- It took a month and a half before my website was ready.
- The texts that were written were full of spelling mistakes and even my company name was written incorrectly.
- They found this annoying, they picked it up and a week later there were fewer spelling mistakes.
- Removed the last spelling errors yourself.
- I had an "account manager" who I personally nominate for the worst account manager of the 21st century. Every time forget the name of your customer, forget the problems, repeat the same tune every time with regard to their method and do nothing about it. All this up to 5 times after which I became angry and indicated that an account manager must know what he or she did or did not discuss with a customer. Especially if you have already spoken to him 4 times or more.
- Manager gave me another account manager.
- In the beginning he did his job well.
- Until I saw that an option of the website can be seen on the laptop but not on the phone.
- Sent an e-mail, it would be arranged within 5 working days.
- Was not arranged within 5 working days, so sent another email.
- It would take 3 working days.
- It was not arranged within 3 working days.
- Then I started calling.
- Maybe 10 times in one week and each time the account manager was smoking or in a meeting.
- When I got angry, he could suddenly get on the phone.
- He took a look at the situation after he had blamed the entire company for this situation and managed to solve it with 1 click.
- A total of 17 working days waited for a problem that could literally have been resolved with 1 click.
- Now I try to have a second website made through them but I want to know what it will cost. I would be called back before 4 p.m., I didn't get a call so I'll wait.

I deliberately leave a number of things out of this review because they are friendly on the phone and I have the feeling that they are not deliberately incapable. But it may be obvious that it is occasionally blood irritant and that you sometimes want to pull them through the telephone.

They have never threatened or made me feel strange, so I can't judge that. Should be added again.

Final conclusion: Aftersales and communication is really extremely bad, website was exactly how I wanted it and it is easy for me to adjust and implement things. And that is what it is ultimately about. Hence 3 stars.

Put the invoice to the wrong address and then take your website offline without notice. They can expect a letter from a lawyer for damage suffered. Unprofessional party and never do business with it!

Biggest scammers ever, they promise you a concept first and then you are bombarded with invoices and lawsuits. I am already 3 years working on my money back to these criminals. Take care! Google but premiums.mobi scammers then you know enough.

I wouldn't do it with Premiums. No matter how attractive the offer initially seems. Occasionally we went mad with frustration. At one point, just crying with misery. Our webshop 'runs' there now, but it all goes too often with hanging and strangling, and corrections that are always undone and functions that suddenly do not work again or pages that look very strange on a telephone etc etc .... it does not cost much money, but you really should not expect much for that! And it also costs you a lot of energy, time and customers (money!) Who drop out because the site does not look good or does not work properly. I myself am a designer so very frustrated that things continue to look ugly and do not work properly and my corrections in that regard are not / never done ..... Job is a pretty nice guy and does his best (I think) but in the end the company policy seems to be so rigid and easy to make money that all employees are affected. A few times indeed they had a fight with them. We also work with many Wajongers, which means that a large amount of subsidy is received, making it so cheap, but perhaps better to invest a little more and to work with a company with professional, communicative builders and designers from A to Z think well with you, be easily accessible and deliver fast and good work based on our wishes. It is also handy if you can adjust the entire site yourself with a user-friendly system after completion. I also don't like the Premiums system (and now it's not even available!) Bad experience with this company. Reviews with improvements for this company have them removed directly from trustpilot. Premiums put a website online quickly and cheaply, but then the miscommunications follow rapidly. Invoices that follow must also be paid quickly, because after 1 week people call 5 times a day where the payment stays, and as an additional means your website will immediately go offline. A true terror. They are not open to improvements, very unfortunate.

- changes are not implemented within 48 hours as they promise, I have been working on them for 6 weeks.
- every time you call you have another intern on the count, you can explain your whole story again, and they don't have a central system where they can see what has been discussed.
- Every time they have the count they refer you to the email as well. not a personal solution, you just have to e-mail everything you want. otherwise you hear nothing on the phone.

Unfortunately we had to say goodbye after 3 years.

Saying goodbye to premiums after bankruptcy. Look back on 3 helpful years when it comes to premiums. They have always been good to me and have come up with solutions if problems were lurking. Thanks and see you in the future!

NEVER GO WITH THE SEA! only annoyance and tinkering with amateurs. They deliver an ugly chance in no time so that they can quickly send the invoice. They do nothing at all with input to texts and images. They write texts full of language errors themselves and it doesn't look like much. They do not execute the SEO promised in the contract at all. I regret having gone into them with these depositors. Do not be fooled by positive reviews, they cannot fail to post them themselves.

The website I got has become excellent. I wanted a website to offer my work. After a conversation about how I wanted the website to look, they made a design for me and everything was delivered as desired. I did not have to write the lyrics myself. With my descriptions they provided the site with text. The only downside is that I had to wait a few days longer for the site to be ready than agreed, but it was definitely worth the wait. Top.

I experience Premiums as a nice group of people with their hearts in the right place. In addition, they can also build awesome websites. I highly appreciate the professional yet personal approach of my Account Manager Ynske, she is proactive, creative, thinks along well and comes up with good proposals. I still have a number of websites to build, I certainly do with Premiums, provided that Ynske becomes my Accountmager again

But what a rude man I had on the phone. the website she wanted to make didn't look good and I reported that and got a guy on the phone who really doesn't know what customer friendly is. I really do not recommend anyone to do business with this party. Search further. and don't let this gentleman call you names (I think the owner) unfortunately I can't give -5.

We ordered more than a month ago to create a new site, based on the menu structure and the number of pages of our current site, we even gave a clear explanation by e-mail of how we wanted it to be with a new site. 2 website as an example. Now a month later, the site is 50% complete, there will be no response to the e-mail and if there is a response after a week. Of course, the deposit was paid, which I therefore never do before it is delivered. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

I can tell you I am very pleased with the response Premsweb is giving to my requests. As I get to know them better, I realize they can help me to reach my goals - mostly offering an attractive and interactive website to my followers/clients.

At the time of corona I noticed how important online findability is for my company, after some disappointments due to professional tinkering and money-pulling, I ended up at this company on advice who told in advance exactly how it works and what the costs are. What really appealed to me is that they take over all concerns regarding management and that I can confidently do what I am good at.

Bad service, really scammers they never keep their appointment, we make sure you come up quickly in Google and that never happens with this company. My advice is not to fail with this company.

In the beginning I got a nice offer via Website Gift Card where I could give my website new life. This went very smoothly and slowly, until Premiums gave me a nice offer to set this up properly. After some telephone and e-mail traffic, the website was completely satisfactory, partly due to the professional builder of the site. Thank you very much for giving me this offer and for the beautiful site. Top!!

great company and good communication, everything was clear from the start and there were no surprises.

Be honest, I am not satisfied with their work. First of all, they don't double check the quality of the website. When they say they finish, some buttons actually doesn't work. Second of all, It can take weeks for some small changes. Thirdly, My project started in May and it still is with some error buttons. The last, they always call for the invoice. So sad ...Everything is ready for the project only the website takes ages.

at first I was happy with premiums. After an offer to give the site a new look, I have been waiting for the new look for more than 8 months now.
Also the 3 monthly seo maintenance does not happen, 2 empty pages but not a single message that they ran into this. after indicating on my part I am told that I have to start the updates myself.
At the time, 2 new customers brought in for this, I would receive a compensation according to their remuneration system. For this I had to submit 2 invoices, this was done and after waiting by telephone I waited for the umpteenth time to ask why the invoice was not paid (my admin always lists outstanding invoices) I was informed that I had to request a proof of the new customers that I have recommended premiums.

All in all, I am not happy with the way premiums work, the results are also not forthcoming.
I will terminate the contract this week, 3 years of patience has now been tested long enough.

Very bad company and very aggressive. Is promised everything, and with the so-called completion one big flop. They have put together a white page with our logo to be able to send the bills. Are also very aggressive after money, which they are only after! Without anything "decent" is provided. On TrustPilot, they have a hand in reporting bad reviews, just to get them offline!

Who has received additional subpoenas and threats? Perhaps an idea to join forces! In any case, we are fighting with them through the courts .... Unfortunately, the reviews tell me enough.

After requesting a quote, I was called several times by premiums, while I had previously indicated that I only had contact via email due to my work.
They still kept calling 2 to 3 times a week, after which the connection was broken when I heard my name.
I experienced it as intrusive and would almost call it stalking.
After calling through a different number to get me out of their system, they indicated that it was not and that they were satisfied with the intrusive approach.

Absolutely ridiculous.
