I had my website made by Premiums and now in the Corona period I added many articles to my webshop laradesign.nl.
I design earrings and have a very large collection that is very easy to add and change yourself. I ran into a number of technical problems with regard to the effectiveness of the webshop and reported this to Dustin,
He dived in here for me, kept me informed of the progress and just called that all defects have been fixed,
In short, I am a very satisfied customer now

In the CMS environment, there is little to configure yourself. We tried to adjust a banner, but this didn't work. It turned out afterwards that it is not the intention that customers can work on this themselves. However, if you want to arrange something by telephone with Premiums, they don't have time and will send you into the reed with a clod. If you try to call you will be on hold for a very long time and then the person you are trying to reach is in an appointment. They then leave a callback request, but they never call back. Very unprofessional and they don't live up to their name.

A class company with very friendly and helpful staff.

The website is beautifully made. Every wish has been discussed and implemented. Too bad that the webshop does not have the service I wanted, that was not clear in advance. Premiums staff responds adequately to changes.

Read below my experience with premiums!

Recently we came into external contact with the company Premiums for creating a website.

After telephone contact, we have scheduled a design meeting at Premiums in the office.
We would receive a confirmation of this by e-mail. Here it already went a bit wrong. There was never a confirmation and after another telephone contact we have scheduled a new appointment.

During the design meeting we clearly indicated (on the basis of explanation and documentation) what our website had to comply with. This was no problem at all according to a Premiums employee.

We as a company were enthusiastic about all possibilities. After the design interview, I discovered that we had already received an invoice from premiums. This was sent before the design interview took place.

After receiving this (ghost) invoice we went directly to the internet to find out more about this company. On Google and Trustpilot, among others, we came across many bad reviews and reviews. Of course we have directly confronted Premium with this. To our surprise, after our conversation, we were offered the design, construction of our website and many other services completely free of charge. Ultimately we would only pay a monthly fee after 4 weeks. With this she wanted to show that the company could be trusted.

Unfortunately nothing is less true! The following days, one invoice to another followed. Both by mail and by e-mail. In our eyes, the delivery of our website also came very quickly, within a few working days. If you are wondering if this is not positive? We thought that (perhaps naively) in the first instance.

We were promised when we delivered our website that it would be 70% complete. I would like to show all readers what we received. It was not at all like what we asked for. TOTAL nothing was done with our documentation and points discussed during our design interview. (From this point on, afterwards our 4 non-committal weeks started)

From this moment on we were treated very rude by telephone. We were not called back several times despite many promises. The tone during the conversations also changed by the minute. You are even shouted at and we are called a liar.

Premiums do not adhere to any agreements, but the invoices just kept coming in. However, the promised credit notes for this do not always arrive.

New appointments at the office were made but never confirmed. And upon arrival, none of the entire staff knows anything about it. In retrospect it remains that several of our wishes would not be within the power of Premiums. This while everything was promised and confirmed via email, telephone and during the first design meeting.

We are now almost at the end of our 4-week period after the 1st delivery and we have nothing at all. None of the adjustment requests have been made and we have not been able to see any of our wishes on our website. (for a change stands 48 hours and not 4 weeks :) It is pure and only remained at the 1st delivery. The set-up is also full of spelling errors, untruths, empty texts and logos that totally do not fit with the product. We also find a lot of cutting and pasting of existing work while we were promised a specialized copywriter.

To top it off, Premiums promises to deliver its own custom work and not standard tamplates. All we have seen were standard tamplates. Nothing more and nothing less!

Premiums cost us a lot of unnecessary energy for almost 4 weeks!

Hereby I warn everyone about this company.

Very good relationship; response was super fast and response in a very friendly way.

Coincidentally, I know a few of the people who work at this company. I know they have a lot of experience in their field, so I was confident. The social slant also appealed to me enormously. When you get there you really see what kind of company it is. Many boys (and girls) are allowed to do what they are good at here.

But that doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing. Premiums works with a number of specialists who keep the train on track. You don't get false promises about findability here. But just clear and honest advice. Top!

Very bad experience with this company. The method is to quickly 'deliver' a few half-pages, after which one after the other follows an invoice under the threat of fines and a bailiff. The quality of what has been delivered is simply poor. Instructions and wishes are not included. Poor communication, aggressive, agreements not fulfilled. We immediately severed all ties.

After the telephone contact with the sales department, I was kindly received at the office of Premiums. My wishes were discussed with the designers while enjoying a cup of coffee. I received advice on the number of text blocks, the color combinations and the number of photos. Then the programmers, copywriters and designers started working for me.

The website is now ready, but if I want to change something, I can contact customer service. They put my question to the right department and after a few days I receive a confirmation with the changes. So I am satisfied.

Started building my site in a good mood, but soon realized that I had to leave this to a professional. Via premium friend came to premium websites and was well taken care of right from the start, it is a beautiful site!

Premium websites are very customer-oriented. Am very satisfied with my new website. Beautiful design and excellent for myself. And in case of questions, 1 phone call is enough to solve it. There are many providers of website makers, but I have been lucky enough to have made the right choice. Keep it up.

I have been a customer for 3 years and always receive excellent help, if adjustments need to be made to my website I can contact them both by telephone and by email! And usually it is picked up within a day.

For years a customer at Premiums, websites work great both on the PC and smartphone.
You have the possibility to make adjustments yourself and if it becomes difficult or wants a larger change, it is a matter of sending an email or calling and often it is already arranged the same day.

Very satisfied with my website! If I have adjustments that can be resolved immediately for a small price per month. Just need to let me know what I want. That's beautiful!

4 years ago as a starter received many promises from Premiums. "Connection offer" I would get 100 business cards and design of logo. Cards Never seen. Logo with difficulty adjusted how I wanted it. Telephone contact was also difficult .. so I preferred to be told by mail ... but sometimes it took weeks before I received an email back.
Got login information, from a blank page, but found out that I was not supposed to change anything myself. Information was often mixed up, even though I sent the correct information in email.
Until yesterday my husband received an invoice in HIS e-mail .. While I stated several times that this was not the intention.
I let the payment go through with the idea once the web page comes off, as a customer thinks she can also approach you with ideas from time to time.
Are promptly write off with money.
After 4 years I finished paying for a website that has never been online.
My word of mouth went much better.

And yes I just got another bill for 191 for MANAGE a website that has never been online !!

Already a 2 year customer and am always well helped, when I call with a problem this is always picked up immediately, if customer service is not available, mailing is also an option! After 2 years of struggling, my company unfortunately did not make it but come back to premium websites!

I wanted to have a website on a budget so I went to Premiums. After a few phone calls I already had a design and sent a few emails about the content and the website went live. Top.

Last July I started my own office under the name Dutch Tax View. Because I also had to develop a house style and needed a website, I went looking for a party that could help me with that. My choice fell on Premsweb. Although there were some start-up problems, this worked out fine! As far as I am concerned, a beautiful house style has been developed and there is a website to be proud of!

Had a very bad experience. I have never been helped so badly. In the beginning they promise everything but they cannot deliver on anything. Upon registering, I received the invoice whether I wanted to pay within 14 days but then waited 8 months until the website was online. Also not satisfied with the website, while it was a simple website. Ooohja and of course to 4 months finally online again a new invoice for the whole year.

A regular customer at Premiums since 2016. I am always helped quickly and changes are properly implemented. And of course, mistakes are made where people work. Just a call and it is solved. In the beginning they thought along well with me about the house style, the texts and the photos. I have no negative experience with poor customer service, agreements that are not being met or hassle with invoices. Yet I often have contact with them. Some reviews amaze me enormously. It seems as if it concerns two completely different companies. In any case, I am very satisfied with Premiums.

Compared here and there and released Premiums. They simply offer the best value for money. They deliver custom work and technically they also ensure that it all works the way Google wants it and I did not find that elsewhere for those few hundred euros.

I did see parties where you say you had self-build sites, but they are not good for findability, I heard. You also have parties that just install a template, but that was not what I was looking for. I just want an all-in solution where you pay a small amount per month.

Super bad experience, Do not be tempted by their sales tricks over the phone, because that's how I got it! Bad decision ever, my website would be finished 2 months ago, but they are incapable. I came for a new website for my company. My previous website was outdated and I was now looking for one with a sleek, professional look.

During the conversations with the designer, so many good ideas came up. Also nice that you always get a quick answer if you have questions about online marketing. The lyrics are much better: modern and creative, just like the design. I eventually had two websites made.

Very dissatisfied with every aspect. Poor customer friendliness, often from the box to the wall controlled and very sloppy in the implementation. Even after canceling the service received a phone call in which Premiums only tried to get the same.

Since a year I have a website running through Premiums. In general, I am very satisfied. The employees are very friendly. Communication was very rough at first, but it has now improved considerably. We only had 4 weeks to put a nice new website before the end of 2018. This is due to the fair of the first January weekend. The support, help from PremiumsWebsites was great. A lot of creativity, and fast workers in the background .... where I thought we stood still .... turned out to be building feverishly in the background! One nice creative party that is at home in many markets and thinks along with you.
