Very poor service, agreements made and promised they do not keep and give incorrect information.

service check is not available 24/7 as they indicate
- changes are not implemented within 48 hours as they promise, I have been working on them for 6 weeks.
- every time you call you have another intern on the count, you can explain your whole story again, and they don't have a central system where they can see what has been discussed.
- Every time they have the count they refer you to the email as well. not a personal solution, you just have to e-mail everything you want. otherwise you hear nothing on the phone.
