Okay, I don't know. The very mixed reactions here ...

Okay, I don't know. The very mixed reactions here are all correct in principle. To start from the beginning:

- It took a month and a half before my website was ready.
- The texts that were written were full of spelling mistakes and even my company name was written incorrectly.
- They found this annoying, they picked it up and a week later there were fewer spelling mistakes.
- Removed the last spelling errors yourself.
- I had an "account manager" who I personally nominate for the worst account manager of the 21st century. Every time forget the name of your customer, forget the problems, repeat the same tune every time with regard to their method and do nothing about it. All this up to 5 times after which I became angry and indicated that an account manager must know what he or she did or did not discuss with a customer. Especially if you have already spoken to him 4 times or more.
- Manager gave me another account manager.
- In the beginning he did his job well.
- Until I saw that an option of the website can be seen on the laptop but not on the phone.
- Sent an e-mail, it would be arranged within 5 working days.
- Was not arranged within 5 working days, so sent another email.
- It would take 3 working days.
- It was not arranged within 3 working days.
- Then I started calling.
- Maybe 10 times in one week and each time the account manager was smoking or in a meeting.
- When I got angry, he could suddenly get on the phone.
- He took a look at the situation after he had blamed the entire company for this situation and managed to solve it with 1 click.
- A total of 17 working days waited for a problem that could literally have been resolved with 1 click.
- Now I try to have a second website made through them but I want to know what it will cost. I would be called back before 4 p.m., I didn't get a call so I'll wait.

I deliberately leave a number of things out of this review because they are friendly on the phone and I have the feeling that they are not deliberately incapable. But it may be obvious that it is occasionally blood irritant and that you sometimes want to pull them through the telephone.

They have never threatened or made me feel strange, so I can't judge that. Should be added again.

Final conclusion: Aftersales and communication is really extremely bad, website was exactly how I wanted it and it is easy for me to adjust and implement things. And that is what it is ultimately about. Hence 3 stars.
