Workers just continuously pass you on to another worker, saying the same thing as the other until you give up, with your problem unresolved.
My direct debit was cancelled by accident as I had a few insurances whilst moving house. Within 3 days I had a threatening letter claiming they had lodged a default, advising me to get a solicitor and I was in big trouble. I called to try and re setup my direct debit and pay anything due but after 15 mins on phone and typing in loads of data to a cyber voice I was told I couldn t make the payment or set up a direct debit because it was Saturday. Don t send people letters that land on a Saturday if nobody can contact you then! Cowboys and bully s who will never get any of my business again.

Reading other comments I myself had missed a payment before hense the calls and they were polite and understanding people and was let of the charge.

Dont use there cowboys they put late payment on my Equifax file when I gave the new bank details and claim its admin error which they wont remove and also charged me 27.50 default charge.

Tried to speak to a person, any person! I had moved my start date forward by one week and ended up with two reference numbers. Just wanted to confirm that I wasn't paying for two policies. I now have to check my bank statements. No support , would not recommend this company to anyone.
Charged for not signing a credit agreement; however, I wasn't sent any documents to be able to sign said credit agreement. I'm now behind on a payment and I am unable to pay it because I don't have a reference number and they don't cooperate very well.
Do not take a insurance policy out where Premium credit is involved, I will make sure these people are not involved in the future with any insurance policy I have.
Been with my insurance company since April and had no end of trouble with this bunch of cowboys. Paid my deposit on the 1st April and they next tried to take a payment on the 14th April, after 100's of calls to them and my insurance company (both of which blamed each other) they finally sorted the problem out. I changed the payment date June 23rd, received a confirmation email and it even says my next payment date on their website, I get a letter saying that I have missed my pant for June. I phoned them again today twice with no resolve and their so called customer services reps burbling their way through the phone call, so I asked for either a supervisor or a mber of their accounts team to contact me, 4 hours later and still no call.
My advice is stay clear of premium credit because they are a bunch of clueless idiots with no idea about payment dates or payment plans!!!!!
These people don't bother with reminders, they just remove money from your direct debit whether you want to continue with your policy or not. They also bundle paperwork with the admin bill for not completing said paperwork, so both arrive days after the money disappears from your account. Crooks who I'd give a negative rating to if possible.

I checked my credit score today. It has fallen because, unknown to me, Premium Credit had conducted a hard search into my credit file. I believe this is in relation to an insurance policy that I recently took out.
I am exploring what to do when a company makes an unauthorised credit file search, as well as cancelling my insurance policy because the insurance company is guilty by association.
The worst insurance company I have ever used. Started my insurance on the 11th June , which I can prove with documents and e mail , yet they billed me for May ! How does that one work ?? Cancelled my policy by telephone before the cooling off cut off , thank God!
Yet still receiving e mails saying I owe money , even after their own office worker told me that my policy is cancelled and no payments will be taken. Avoid at all costs. How does this company get clients ???
Wouldn't recommend these to anyone, won't delay or hold payments due to COVID 19, will only delay by 5 days!!!

Couldn t be bothered to set my direct bebit up for two and a half months, poor customer service & no communication.
Never knew they had the wrong account details until I had to contact my insurance company, who informed big the situation, so would say communication requires a review.
Apart from that all pretty painless.
I don't know who these people are but they've just sent me an email saying I have a credit agreement with them. It's a generic email that doesn't tell me any details about this so called agreement so now I'm on the phone to them. I can't get through because I have no credit agreement reference number.
I find premium credit easy to manage my pet insurance and have had no cause to complain
terrible company. they take payments when they shouldn't and charge you super bloated fees. Always avoid credit where pissible - these guys make money by making it difficult for you to sort things out - 30 minute call wait times, slow response...most displeased ..
Can't remember why I needed to use premium credit. never had no issues. Payment has been taken every month on time. Seems to be a good company.
Had the money for my monthly payment, the bank refused the payment so the company penalised me for it. Not sure what I could have down outside having the money ready, explained the situation to them but they still charged. I can see why they're so lowly rated.

Only had Premiun credit for 3 months but customer services are very helpfull. Havnt make a claim, thank god! but gives you confidence if the worse hapened.

I've had an awful experience with this company, they have fined me and negatively affected my credit score, and had absolutely no rights to do so. Illegal and immoral behaviour. They also purposefully make it impossible to get hold of them so you can't rectify a situation.
I accidentally cancelled a direct debit which I called immediately to reinstate, the company confirmed this had been done (Post Office). The next week I received a letter from Premium Credit, so I called the PO back and they again confirmed the mandate had been reinstated and that I needed to do nothing further. I then received a second letter from Premium Credit two weeks later stating that the payment hadn't been reinstated, along with a fine. The Post Office have confirmed that the request was sent both times, but not processed by Premium Credit. This has negatively affected my credit score, resulting in me not being able to obtain a business loan for my company (I previously had a fantastic credit score). As I said previously, they make it impossible to contact, so I seem to have no choice but to pay the fee / fine to stop these letters. Appalling and shameful behaviour, using their status as a credit company to rob individuals with no right to do so. Especially in such a difficult time when so many businesses are struggling under the pressures of COVID - (the business loan that I've been denied because of this incident was to keep my company afloat. Thanks, Premium Credit.)
Absolutely aweful, my Gap insurance uses this company, took first payment before i had even been sent access to the agreement, attitude of call centre staff is not very pleasant.
the company is a disgrace they are a third party to flux direct insurance and cancelled my direct debit without warning due to my proof of address not arriving to them on time causing my insurance to be void. this was not due to any missed or late payment. then will not re-instate the direct debit. and now have to pay the full amount of the policy upfront. this company has taken money off of me for a few months too and no compensation disgrace of a company and will seek legal advise i also would strongly recommend that you keep clear !!!
Third time we have used this service for our dog's insurance policy. we have had no problems other than it was a bit slow in getting the documentation in place to pay the first premium. Could do a bit better for repeat customers

Member for three years paying my insurances by monthly instalments through premium credit.
Until...... After three years of successful monthly transaction with any failed payment they wrote to my broker to inform them they are cancelling my credit due to a failed payment.
I spoke to my broker who had no idea what was going on, who checked my account to find it in order and in good standing.
Turns out that premium credit decided that I don't exist because they have no proof of ID. Rather than speaking to me or my broker they just cancelled my insurance policies to get my attention. Putting me and my customers at significant risk.
My broker kicked off and forwarded the info (it was on file anyway) and managed to get things re-instated.
I still have had no communication from premium credit and feel they should be dissolved as a company for there incompetence actions.

When I've needed to deal with Premium Credit they have been helpful and polite. I needed to change my DD details with them and there were no issues at all.
This is my first ongoing year and its really helping me spread my costs.
Awful company! Payment bounced and I was trying to call and pay manually on the day it bounced and the next 2 days after! Couldn't get hold of them and said they were out of office! Managed to find a way to pay but it said to wait as they were still processing the payment, so I did, hoping they were Re taking the payment, called the next day because it still hadn't come out and I'd been charged 27 pounds as a late payment fee. Now still cant get hold of them! Joke of a company. Considering we are all on lockdown it's hard to get to the bank at the moment to put money in and I think they shouldn't be charging the late payment fees atm!
My Initial View of this company is an over complicated credit agreement which runs a "Hard Search" on your report, engineered to generate money in uncertain times is my initial thought. As soon as my term is complete I will not be using them again. This company was used by Simply Business so I could pay installments on a monthly basis. After reading the reviews I think I may be stuck with them for 12 months as tying to exercise my right to change my mind doesnt seem to work for a lot of Users

Beware...this company is still in the last century. They apparently haven't heard of 'Faster Payment' bank transfer payments. So having been promised a refund 8 days ago they have just told me that it has been 'processed' today but I won't get it for another 5 days - 13 days in all !

My experience with Premium credit leaves me thinking of them a bit like they were robots. A couple of months after I signed up, I've been asked to send documents that I had already provided. A day after the deadline to provide the documents they asked for (the second time), my contract with them was cancelled. No follow-up, no-verification, no phone call, no email. Only a letter informing me of the termination of the contract. Felt like I was dealing with a robot. A badly configured one...
