Would give 0 if I could. Phoned up to settle my finance. To be met with the worst customer service I've come across. Very rude, and highly unhelpful.
When I asked a question they either didn't have the answer written in front of them or didn't like it, they hung up on me. When phoning back to say I had paid the settlement amount, I was answered with a very rude 'no you haven't.' (Bank advised it takes 2 hours to show in recipient's bank) I'm glad I no longer have to deal with these people. Awful, awful company.

There is no mechanism in place to tell me who my service provider is without my reference number, as I have mislaid the documents, you cannot get to speak to an adviser, and you cant get copies of your paperwork without your reference number on line either, bit of a sham!!

Used this company one year ago And still now having trubble even tho all payments received in full and on time, insure policy ended now but still emails coming though and the company provides very minimal contact with half the address and ways being none monitored. A disastrous company steer well clear completely non-responsive, appalling telephone set up that simply doesn't that you deal with what you need to deal with how on earth the FCA has not shot them down is beyond me. This company would not understand what treating customers fairly actually means even if it was put right in front of their faces.

The only reason they got one star is because I cannot post without giving them some kind of rating, but they don't even deserve the one star

Don't use this robbing company. The company set up another credit agreement to pay my golf club subscription without my permission. I cancelled as soon as I noticed the first payment going out. They have refused to pay it back!

Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service.
They use a premium number and keep you on the phone for as long as possible.
I asked to change my payment date from the 15th to the 1st and was told I have to make my usual payment on the 15th, plus a payment on the 20th, then a payment on the 1st to make this happen.
They said they cant change payment dates by more than 5 days and if I want to change to the 1st, I have to use the "accelerated payment method" which is clearly their way to making you pay extra.
A very simple solution would be to just pro-rata the payments. But of course that doesn't get them any extra money, so why would they want to genuinely help.

Just another finance company does everything it can to provide 1 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stressful experience as Premium Credit does not recognise my business account, could not accept payment from the business account credit card and kept telling me that my business bank account rejected Premium Credit's direct debit request. I had to pay the business premium from my personal account which is far from ideal. Not impressed.

Mistakenly thought using this firm to pay for my companies insurance will be an easier option. Turned out that suddenly my companies debt is suddenly showing on my credit file as unsecured loan, when I try to speak to someone to pay off this stupid debt their telephone system simply does not let me get through to anyone, ask a hundred stupid questions. After I managed to get into some que I am told I am the 16th in the que? I also think the numbers I pay do not add up right, but I am not going to bother fighting over it it anyway.

Dishonest JOKERS, making a charge for not been able to collect my insurance payment on the 1st January, I ask the jumped up keyboard warrior how this has happened and all I get in return is in a sarcastic tone, I will send your credit agreement you signed to say we collect on the first. I was in amazement that this person who was probably throwing up in her handbag makup smugged with one shoe on the early hours of this morning did not realise this day is a bank holiday and new years day.

Honestly this has happened so many times now and I'm sick to the back Teeth of this happening to people like us. Happy New year premium credit, you made a few quid this year putting you default charge up.

Received a letter for something I have not signed up for, have informed my bank to stop any monies going out of my account to this company.
The letter doesn't even indicate what the insurance is for, just what they will take. Also how the hell did they get bank details????????????????

Absolutely dreadful. A website that is completely (possibly deliberately) unhelpful, an in-website emaIl facility which bounces emails back, and the worst, and most unhelpful communications I have come across in a very long time.

In my case the insurance company concerned was some outfit called "Dynamo" who insure mobile phones. PCL seems to be linked to various insurance companies which use a very dodgy auto-renewal process by which it is virtually impossible not to renew - and then threaten and bully a customer who objects to being unreasonably treated in this way.

Be very careful indeed if you deal with either company. I will be reporting them to the FCA and the Ombudsman.

Appalling all round. Website doesn't work properly, just sends you back to login everytime to want to go on a different page. I made a payment which was been taken from my bank account but Premium cowboys say it hasn't been paid. Extortionate charges.
Check before you buy car insurance who provides credit for them, if it's these clowns then Avoid Avoid Avoid.

This company...what exactly do they do? I have woken up this morning, to a text telling me I ve entered an unarranged overdraft. I ve checked my bank account, and this company have started taking money off me, unlawfully. I have never heard of them, never dealt with them, and have never agree to the payment of a monthly direct debit.
Disgusting! I will be ringing my bank, and blocking this company from taking more un-agreed amounts off me. DO NOT trust this company, there s clearly something dodgy going on.

I have no problem with the service overall , but when my bank refused one months direct debit the response was way over the top , the letter you sent was threatening and written assuming I had willfully chosen not to pay. All you had to do was phone and I would have paid on the spot.

Absolutely appalling company . No customer service skills or real duty of care when dealing with customers . Beyond ashamed to have had dealings with this company. As soon as my business insurance is up for renewal I will be leaving this cowboy company and I suggest if your reading these reviews you stay well clear of having any dealings with this company. Clearly a lot of people think the same and have been dealt with the same. Proving what an incompetent company premium credit really is. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Want to cancel my insurance but the only way is to call them but they are always busy waiting up to 45 minutes to speak to anybody. I would have more luck trying to talk to Dick Turpin and he is dead. All third party with no one to talk to, try employing more people to answer calls instead of making your customers wait. Poor service!!

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do anything with that company!!!
They do hard searches on your credit file without even letting you know.
For all of you who are not aware, hard search on your credit file affects your credit score in a bad way.
I was building mine for long time and from excellent went down to good because of them.
When contacted them to complain about that they have said that they have done nothing wrong.
When asked them to amend the hard search to a soft and explained my reasons why they have said no.
When asked them to do something about that they have advised me that they can not make any changes.
And they did that before I have even signed the contract with them.

Well, let me tell you something guys.
First, it shows somewhere in your many terms and conditions that you will perform Credit search but it is not mentioned what kind of search you are going to perform.
I have had many other credit agreements with other companies over the years and not even single one of them did a hard search on my file.
And trust me, you are not the only company which shares information with credit agencies.


If I knew that you will do it I was going to make that payment in one go and not dealing with people like you!

I have read some of the other comments and looks like my case is not the only issue that company has!

I bought a home insurnace with Post Office, and for unknown reason, they gave my direct debit details to Premium Credit. I never knew Premium Credit and I was very disturbed by the threatening email Premium Credit sent me. On August 3, I was charged by Post Office from the direct debit set up and ALSO by Premium Credit for a transaction NOT AUTHORIZED by me. This is criminal. I never consented Post Office to give my personal banking details to Premium Credit. I am complaining to the financial authorities and will NEVER deal with Post Office again.

I do not want to deal with Premium Credit at all.

I arranged my insurance through ZEGO who then actually arranged my insurance through Premium Credit (please be aware of this if you go through ZEGO).

I'm writing this to alert anyone else who may use them to please be aware of this extortionate penalty and to find an alternative Insurer to use if possible.

Had to phone, person I spoke to said I'd been told by email - I hadn't. Eventually sorted out, but didn't leave a positive impression.
