Been with my insurance company since April and had...

Been with my insurance company since April and had no end of trouble with this bunch of cowboys. Paid my deposit on the 1st April and they next tried to take a payment on the 14th April, after 100's of calls to them and my insurance company (both of which blamed each other) they finally sorted the problem out. I changed the payment date June 23rd, received a confirmation email and it even says my next payment date on their website, I get a letter saying that I have missed my pant for June. I phoned them again today twice with no resolve and their so called customer services reps burbling their way through the phone call, so I asked for either a supervisor or a mber of their accounts team to contact me, 4 hours later and still no call.
My advice is stay clear of premium credit because they are a bunch of clueless idiots with no idea about payment dates or payment plans!!!!!
