If I could have given 1 less star I would. PLEASE Watch giving your information to this company. My credit score was affected after Premier Pre-Owned Automotive used 13 separate lenders to check my credit in one day. After stating that I shouldn't go to different auto lots because they could do the same to me -it happened anyway. And the inquiries remain on your report for 3 years! Thanks PPOA. In addition to this, the salesmen are unreliable in the fact that they will try to confuse the buyer to suit their needs. That part is typical of any dealership, no doubt!

We went this weekend to go buy a 2015 Tahoe they have there, they send me pictures of the truck it look really nice so I drove 13hrs, and to my suprise the truck was not what i expected. When I asked the young lady what had happened to the truck on the left side , on the rear bumper , why was the paint like that , she had no explanation , the truck was horrible . The manager never came outside to talk to us . If they want to sell they have to be honest about the inventory they have and put pictures of how the cars really look. Bad experience and bad customer service

Long story short, These guys are the best in Kansas! They have great prices and will work with you to get the best deal for you. They re the most helpful and the most genuine car salesmen that s I ve ever encountered. They truly care about you and finding something that s right for you. I won t mind driving 3 hrs to go purchase something from their lot again. These guys are worth the Drive. I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor and Ty and I can t speak highly enough of them. Everything went so smooth, fast, and easy with them. They are simply the best working at the best dealership in Kansas. I definitely recommend to anyone checking them out, to give them a try. Even if they re a couple hrs away. Thank you Taylor and Ty again for making my experience one of the best ones and an unforgettable way to kick off 2020.

Brad (I think that s his name) and the manager helping were super genuine and I felt like they werent trying to get more out of me like you assume every car dealer will try to do. They made it a really pleasant and laid back experience for me!! Would defiantly recommend this place.

Most of their cars have some sort of damage not disclosed on their website. Do ask a lot of questions about the vehicle before buying.

My first experience buying a car from premier was a success. Chuck made sure I left the lot with the car I wanted. Other than my purchase, premier auto as a staff made me feel comfortable.....I also want to thank Ty and Scott!!

I was messaged online by Kevante telling me that he was the manager of their sales department, and they were interested in my car I was selling because their inventory was low. I asked what he would pay, and he said if it was in good condition they would pay full asking price. While I figured they would try to talk me down, I never imagined what they would do next.

They checked the car and said everything was perfect and in mint condition. They were surprised I was selling it. Then Kevante, our "sales manager," had to go talk to the sales manager. Red flag number one. Kevante then offers me 8k under asking saying that is as high as they could go. I ask to speak to the manager immediately. I show the manager Kevante's texts to me. I then ask is the car in great shape? He says yes it is. I then ask why I am not getting full asking. He then says because he can find that car for cheaper. I tell him to do so. He finds brings back printed out paper of an entirely different car ( I had a Focus ST and he brought back a Focus. Terrifying they did not know the difference at a car dealership. If you do not know what I am talking about, google them: vastly different). I ask him why his associate lied to me, and I show him the messages. At this point Kevante stands up and starts yelling at me calling me a liar and he had to be restrained by other people and walked out. A very unprofessional experience, and totally uncalled for. I felt like I was in a hostile environment after being lied to. I understand that used car dealers will lie to get you in the door, but what I did not expect was for them to not know the difference in cars, have an associate blatantly lie to me, and to threaten to get physical with a customer.

I then told the manager I hope they do better by other customers in the future. I would never recommend anyone go here. If they operate like that, I am concerned what kind of cars they are selling. I still have the messages saved.

I shopped online for a Nissan Rogue and found premier pre-owned auto and Andrew and everyone there helped me as soon as I walked in the door. They made sure that I made they right decision and were very informative about the process, they made everything really easy and I found the car I was looking for!
