At 2pm, my dad will be closing on his townhouse. I couldn t let this day go by without taking the opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate Lauren Peacock! She has been my father and step moms voice, chauffeur, guidance counselor when needed, amazing negotiator and protector during this whole process. My father was being pressured by another realtor in the neighborhood for several years. Once he met Lauren, he told me he would be very happy to use her instead. As it turns out, the buyer was represented by Tony so he seemed to make things more troublesome out of frustration for losing the business to her.
I live in Maryland and my siblings are also out of state. The anxiety of trying to ensure our parents were well taken care of was quickly allayed once we began working with her. She has kept us fully informed throughout the process, creatively worked to find ways to show the house even with the challenges of my dad sleeping till noon most days, multiple health issues, and my step mom adding her own issues into the mix. Lauren was very patient, always discussing things carefully and ensuring they understood each step in the process, as well as the inevitable speed bumps. In summary, she treated my dad and step mom like her very own parents. I could not have expected the amazing level of service she provided! She is a warm but savvy business woman. She has great marketing skills and obviously a passion to ensure her clients receive the best deal possible.
Thank you so much for having this winner on your team!

We had the best experience with Tom and Jeanette Taranto selling our house. They did a video of our house and they sold it the first day it was listed! They are the nicest couple to work with.
While browsing Realtor dot Com I found a home I wanted to tour so I called the agent shown in the listing. The secretary answered and transferred me to Rick Hushla. It eventually rolled over to his voice mail so I left a detailed message with my name and phone number. Four days later and NO CALL BACK. Too bad considering I'm sure there are many many other realtors who would love some business. The next one I called was happy to hear from me.
So, save yourself some time and call a more responsive realtor.
Call me biased, but I LOVE being the Team Leader in this wonderful office. The culture is contagious, the people are positive and giving, and business is booming! If you're looking for a real estate office to either work in, or to hire you to help buy or sell a home, you just found the right place!
My family and I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Parker after being bounced around between realtors. She was very flexible and patient, helped us understand what we were doing, and understood our position during the negotiating period. She still reaches out to us to let us know if they are sponsoring any fun events, which shows long term commitment to her clients. We will work with her again!
Gina Fadely did an excellent job of advising on the sale of a sadly neglected house. The recommendations on what to address and what not to was spot on. Properly priced and marketed the house received 4 offers within 3 days of her listing it. One offer at asking price and two over asking. Closed in 3 weeks at a sq ft price at the very high end of the neighborhood. A pleasure to work with a dedicated and knowledgeable professional.
Nancy Beasley is an amazing member of this team. She was so helpful with our new home purchase and was always on top of EVERYTHING. Thank you for making this transition in our life a pleasant one!!!
My wife and I paid the application fee of $100.00 for processing a house rental application during Covid 19. This agent took our money knowing that the house was contracted for sale and refuses to refund us the $100.00.
Since Not 2 be TRUSTED Zillow hasn't Published My Honest, Fact Based Review, of Lisa Springer of this Office, I'm going 2 Keep trying until I Find a Venue where they Will Post. I'll also Find a Way 2 Post a Review 4 her Investor Both Unprofessional, Both obviously Care More About the $ than Professional & Courteous, Ethical Service 2 Clients. Guess I Was only the Sap that was Taken For a Lot of $ on a Rental They Advertised Together, It Proved Who they Care About & What They Care About. It's Not The Clients they Serve, Unless it's Their Investors. We Paid while Still Owning Our Home In Suntree 4 Lease w/1st Mo's rent, Full Security Deposit & Pet Deposit. All totaling over $3850, Not including what we had 2 spend 4- 2 Professional Moves In & Out within a 14 day period. Ms. Springer could Not have cared Less about the Situation She Put Me In, & Didn't Attempt to Contact me, even though I Notified her within the 1st couple of days of moving in. It was immediately apparent I was at Great Risk 4 being Hospitalized 4 the Chronic & Severe Flare of my Asthma, & this was the Reason I was Explicit About Not Being Around "Any Smoke". This "Unit" had Just previously been Purchased by Her Client, the Investor, & it was after very Little done, like some Used Appliances, easily seen from Mls when it was For Sale & Then For Rent, carpet removed & Laminate put in, & that was it..Put up for Rent, & yet I Specifically Asked "Why is the Only View, to the Pool Area, infested with rats btw..Pics to Prove it, Why would it b Covered Up? She told me, Don't know, but you can remove it if you like, she'd already been told we were ONLY renting to Put Ours on the Market for Sale then we'd Build New. We'd already told her we weren't even hanging pics on the walls, or unpacking Most Boxes, so I asked her, Y Would "we" remove all that Ugly Colored Film? It would be a Job, it was Stuck on, Not Peel Off. Little did We know, Smoke would be coming Inside the house from what I feel to be the "Reason" those Doors & "View" Were Covered. The Nightly Smoke Pit Fire Parties, from next door "renters" OWNER Lived in California. When I Notified Ms. Springer of these Issues, especially the Smoke, the Rats, to well after 1 to 3 Am every morning, & my Condition had become much worse, by this, I was Extremely Ill, so much so that I had to go on Immediate High Dose Steroids & Antibiotics to try & remain Out of the Hospital & Breathing. Her response?? Call the Hoa & the Sheriffs dept. I did contact the Hoa, only way 2 was email. They informed me, this Was an Extremely "problematic Renter" & they'd have to Mail a Letter after speaking to the "Board". I informed the President of the Hoa I'd be dead by then. The Smoke Permeated into the Residence We'd Leased every Day & Night until my Dr. Ordered Me Out of that which was Exacerbating My Breathing Condition. I'd even Reached out & Called the "Investor/Owner" he could hear I Could Not Breathe, Then the day b 4 our Scheduled Move Out For my Literal Ability 2 Keep"Breathing At All"..the "Realtor" tried to text me, Day b 4 move out, & Only because I'd contacted Her"Investor/owner" Again. Needless to say, she was Not interested in my health issues then, nor were Either 1 later. They Re-Rented This "Home twice in the Same Month because we had Proof We'd left it in Better Condition than it was when We moved In 14 days Prior! They, She & Her "Investor/Owner" Collected Double Everything, Rents, Deposits, & I'm Sure, Commissions. I've sent 3 Certified, With Signature Required & Confirmation, & received Not 1 Reply from Ms. Springer Or from I/owner. They were Just happy I'm sure to receive Double $ & Call it a Win. Well, for us, it was a $6k Loss for 2 weeks, & Over 6 Weeks on Steroids, inc., Medrol! So,, would I recommend either Her Investor/Owner or Her or Office?? No..Never, & We've Lived her full time & permanent for over 34 years. Btq I am a Licensed "Realtor" myself, & got Out of the Business of Active because of Acts like this.
When looking to sell, I interviewed about a half dozen firms and felt most comfortable with Keller Williams approach to luxury homes. As an engineer and a program manager, planning is so vitally important and it was in this area that Tom Taranto exceeded my expectations. He guided us on Preparing the home (what to do and not do), Staging (or not), and a Marketing plan to reach people coming to the area. What really impressed me was that Tom accurately predicted profile of prospective buyers (cash and 2-4 kids), predicted how first week would go, and even predicted how the inspections would go. If this isn't enough, the results speak for themselves. List to Offer was 2 days, Contract to Close was 20 days. Flawless execution of a well laid out plan. I would highly recommend Tom and his team!
Stay away from Harvey Whitney (one of the KW agents) Not only is He a lousy realtor but also a dirty crooked, ego tripping cop that works for the west Melbourne police department. He is single-handedly degrading the Keller William name as I have used Keller William both in the Brevard and in the Orange County market and all their agents have been excellent - For example Stephen Martinez he works at the park's location and one of the many people I have used in the past and an excellent person to work with unlike Harvey Whitney! Not sure what KW saw when they allowed Harvey Whitney to come on board but if KW & The west Melbourne police department only knew what a dirty cop he really is and the adult child that he morphs into when you don't Succumb to his demands they would think very differently of him.. Don't be fooled by his two-faced personality..
The most uncaring reality company all they care about making money not for you for themselves I called the team leader about a Serious issue with one of her team people and she couldn t even call back she had some guy call that cared so much about my problem that he didn t care enough to even ask me the property in question if it wasn t for my realtor I would ve walked away from the sale because the selling realtor from this company made it so horrible and prolonged it three times as long as it should ve taken I wish I could tell the owner what extremely bad choice they made with this realty company So if you want to have a good experience quick sale and find happiness in both ends Think twice before you choose this reality company
Never deal with them. They were the listing agent for our new house. The previous homeowners went to great lengths to hide a pest infestation. Had they done their jobs as the listing agent and walked the house prior to selling there is no way possible they could have missed this problem. I am now stuck in a house with a young child under the worst sanitary conditions I have ever lived through! My daughter is allready sick and being from another state thousands of miles away there is nothing It can do. I hope Joseph Friedman eventually gets fired. Do not give this company your business!
Very few times in our lives do we have the opportunity to interact with someone that truly and honestly considers your needs as a need of their own. Ladies and Gentleman, this is exactly what Joan Wear did for my family and I over the last four months. Ms. Wear tirelessly searched for, found, and showed us countless houses sometimes within hours of initial listing throughout Brevard county. She skillfully helped us navigate this challenging and at times downright frustrating market. Ms. Wear has an out of this world understanding for the value of homes and she ISN T afraid to call it as it should be. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have had her as our realtor and she has truly set the standard for others to follow. Thank you so very much! Daniel Carino
I was dealing with this office for a short term lease while working in Florida. Pam was my agent and I feel she worked extra hard to find me a place in this busy season of rentals. She really found us something that was close to my job. Everyone I met in the office was super friendly and didn t mind a loud Texan in their office for a little bit. If you need a friendly real estate agent I suggest Pam the the nice folks in her office.
I ve had many great real estate transactions as a buyer and seller and nothing worse than the experience with Missy and her broker J.O. Mc Donald. As a first time buyer in Florida I expected this agent to at least know the basics. I travelled three times during Covid to look at homes in the Melbourne Beach area (from Colorado), an area the agent claimed to have a lot of experience in. She had never used anything other than an AS IS contract which I discovered later on greatly benefits the seller. It was a waste of money even doing inspections as she claimed the seller wasn t going to lower their pricing after discovering major repair issues. Her referrals on insurance companies, mortgage brokers and trades people all had to be abandoned. For plumbers she advised me to call BBB. She got her referrals from listing agents that took cuts from her commission. When things really got bad JO said he d monitor her contract and get her some more training. Lip Service! I never got any help from Missy or the broker after the contract was signed and had to rely on the seller s agent to get thorough closing.
Jo's response is false and malicious as there were no advances or anything other than a professional relationship on my part with the agent. Like many politicians, he now looks for something to take out of context and make ridiculous claims. There are no recordings as he claims. He was advised to remove his false accusations from his response and has failed to do so. He will have his opportunity to get it right in court and now face defamation charges in addition to the total lack of service that has cost me thousands. He boasts of having more than 200 agents which is easy to do if none of them are trained and do not follow professional guidelines. It's hard to imagine a realtor that tells their clients that "as is" is their standard contract and when one questions problems that arise in inspection, tells them all they can do is walk away and not ask the seller to mitigate the problems. My character references are excellent which is more than J.O. can say from the number of negative complaints he receives and the bumbling excuses he gives. "Yes" it was a successful contract for you as it was full commission for doing nothing more than getting my name and signature on a contract form. You would loose your license in most states for your behavior and unprofessional business practices. And yes, I also tried on more than one occasion to get another real estate agent involved in the transactions when Missy left them in a mess I was told that since she showed the property she had procured an interest in the sale and no one else could take over. There were many problems with this broker and the agent and there are many emails and text messages that will show that it had nothing to do with anything retaliatory on my part. Why else would the agent thank me for giving her another chance to correct the problems? Does JO actually think I would ever come back to his brokerage for another transaction?
If there was a no star rating, I d post. Don t use Deb Henderson. I don t expect my agent as a buyer to not have my best interest in mind. She downplayed things during the process and ghosted me days before closing when I needed things to wire funds. She claimed she was Cc d so she didn t respond. Bull! There were 2 issues at the walk through prior to closing (which she didn t attend) that were not addressed satisfactorily.
