They installed incorrect tires, on a car that was being looked at, smaller tires. Therefore throwing off the odometer and speedometer, makes you speed when you're not and adds mileage that youre truly not. Sales manager was unwilling to correct this mistake. Was set on purchasing said vehicle if they would make reasonable accommodations. Overall very unimpressed with professionalism of management. Salesman Devin was superb, never going back based on one man worrying about profit over safety.

Premier Preowned is a great dealership. I found a great deal online after weeks of hunting, and I knew I had to see the car immediately. When it came to time to sign the paperwork, Ty Hosmann was excellent to work with. He made sure to answer any questions I had, and went through the paperwork at a pace that was perfect for me to be able to feel like I knew what I was reading. I would highly recommend not only Ty, but Premier Preowned as a place to find an amazing deal on a vehicle.
Today, September 7, 2017 this auto dealership loves to send out sweepstakes game pieces, with a whole lot of misleading information. So they can draw customers to their 6640 State Ave, KCKS location. The sweepstakes contest they currently are running stated in my confirmation email "WoW. YOU WON! Congratulations!You will receive a prize like one of these items when you visit Premier Pre-Owned. That's not all though!Continue on to pick your grand prize option that you have a chance to win too!" The prize that stated I won was $10,000.00, however, when I went into the dealership I get hit with "Oh no see we have to register you for a chance to win" Wait? What?That isn't the information that came across in my email so to me and if I was going to purchase a car due to this LIE that has left a bitter taste in my mouth now. I wouldn't and I would not recommend this company to anyone!

A premier preowned sales agent reaches out to me to buy my car that I have listed on Facebook. He explains to me that KBB has my car listed at $13,300-$15,500 and I have it for sale for $13,450. He has a buyer who wants to do financing through them and would be interested in seeing my car. That they could probably offer what I wanted for the car and then sell it to their customer.
Personally, I find this whole thing a little strange but then agree to let them look at the car. He then says they they want to look up my VIN on black book and proceeds to then say it is only worth $11k. I don't know if they are into bait and switch methods or what. But why contact someone to buy their car, say you like the price and then tell them it is a bad price the next day?
All around very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Andrew in sales was helpful. Found a vehicle on Carfax, sent a message of interest. He sent back a video preview showing me the vehicle. No high pressure sales BS just test-drive and go from there.
Only complaint is it took almost 3 weeks to get the title paperwork. Maybe that s normal? No big deal really, just wanted to get the registration done.

Do Not buy a vehicle from this place. I bought a 2017 BMW from here and 3 weeks later the grill flew off on the highway. I called and they said there was nothing they could do about fixing it and that it must have been a "fluke" the grill of a 2017 car flies off on the highway weeks after purchasing it.

I never made it to the car buying portion. Everytime I have tried to communicate with sales they are very dismissive and rush me off the phone. I had one question about the financing. I called to asked and was interrupted and rushed off the phone, I called again today and the individual the answer the phone seemed as if I was interrupting his day. I was very interested in purchasing a car with them but it seems as if they aren't very interested in selling cars or they have enough clients already that sale lose isn't a big deal to them.
This dealership charges an admin/doc fee of $599 to every customer that buys a car from them. They claim this is for the food bank they run out of their location. So my question is if your are running a non for profit out of your business. Is it legal to charge the customer this fee while claiming the non for profit? Just seems illegal to me. Or just misleading at best!

I primarily worked with Jackson, who was extremely personal and professional. Everyone at the dealership worked together to make sure I found the right car and was happy with my purchase.
